Subject: Complaint Regarding Repeated Failed Deliveries by the Same Delivery Man

The same delivery man has returned my parcels twice before, and now he has failed to deliver my parcel again. I want to know why this keeps happening.
If he repeatedly does not want to deliver my parcels, then why does he keep taking my parcels from your company? There are many other delivery riders available who could deliver my parcels properly. Instead, he takes my parcels, keeps them for two or three days, marks them as “failed delivery,” and then returns them to the seller.
This has already happened to me two times before. I previously submitted complaints regarding those incidents, and your team told me that the matter was being taken seriously. However, no proper action was taken, because now, for the third time, the same person has again taken my parcel and returned it without delivering it.

This person has done the same thing not only to me but also to many other customers. Even after going out for delivery, he still marks the parcel as “failed delivery” and returns it. Please check his work record and customer complaints to see how many people have faced the same issue because of him.
We order products to receive them, not to have them repeatedly returned without any proper delivery attempt. If this continues, how can customers trust your delivery service and continue buying products?
You did not properly investigate the previous two complaints. I sincerely hope that this time you will seriously look into the matter and take appropriate action to prevent this issue from happening again.
