I have been waiting for a card replacement for over a month now. Yesterday I called and spoke to a representative who make it clear it was not in his ability to waive the order fee for expedited card 1-2 days replacement card. I was transfers to his supervisor by my request as I have been waited over a month and need the physical card She agreed to waive the fee. Today I looked at my account -$15. Also I cant prove this but I think the represented saved my number and is prank calling me.
