Our 6 mo old car was totaled. We also had GAP insurance that gave Chase a check for $518.92 that we never got credit for. I called and was connected with an idiot who just lied about "you will never see a credit on a statement, so just accept that it was deposited." I don't believe that. It's BS. Also filed with CFPB no result. Chase -same answer.
