I placed an online order in front if the manager Dio Perez at the Harbor and Chapman location in orange county. He stated my order never came through his system. Even after providing proof of payment. When I asked for a refund I was told there was nothing he could do. I'm not sure where orwhy there was a miscommunication but the fact that he couldn't provide a refund or the food items ordered is beyond me.
