Very unfortunate experience that I received on Saturday, August 14, 2021. I placed an order that included muscles and a steam bucket of both dungeness and snow crab, shrimp, sausage, corn and potatoes. The muscles were okay, the snow crab had green junk at the top and the "deveined" shrimp were still dirty. I'd hope that spending almost $70.00 would be worth my wild, but it was a disappointing experience. With this pandemic, we look forward to some sense of happiness, which includes good food. It was really unfortunate that my trip was a waste and the food was not cleaned/prepared properly. I had taken it to go so I did not see this until I got home and unfortunately was not able to get through to a manager when I called back. I usually take these matters up with the store itself, but when I'm unable to get through, corporate is the next step.
