Joe's Crab Shack review: Hostess / customer service

Signed up for a party of 6 people and was told a 40 minute wait. 45 minutes had passed and I went upstairs to find out if any seats were available and was told nothing but famiiles of 4 were being seated ahead of us. No accommodations were attempted to be made at all. An 1hr passed and I went upstairs after a family of 5 that got in after us and I was told by the hostess that "there are still no seats available but if you want to go and give them a look so that they can hurry up!" no accommodations to be seated were made but families that got there after us were. I came from el paso tx and every time I come and visit corpus christi that is always my last stop to go to and have never had a problem up until today.
