Joe's Crab Shack review: Food and service

I had to find my server to get my salad, refills and the bill. Salad was so brown it was disgusting. Also, the salad was warm. My crab cake sandwich was a joke. Bun was burnt, lettuce again was warm and brown and wilted. The crab cake was mush and greasy. The whole experience was a bad nightmare. I wish I had taken photos of the salad and crab cake. The pic I did take was taken at the end of the meal.
