JFK Airport Jfk customer service lady was rude

She call me stupid for the question I ask it my first time travel to Jamaica so I'm try to find out rules and regulations. She did not need to call me name and call me stupid that not how a customer service worker should be.

JFK Airport Woman immigration officer

On Wednesday 18th of May i have to fly back home to London from JFK airport ,Terminal 7 (British airways) between 8 and 8.20 pm i was about to pass the security , just before that i had to show the passport to the custom officer ( an overweight black american woman around 40 yo ) i gave my passport than she said at me something i didn’t understand so i asked: sorry? : she gave me a very bad look and SHOUT very loud and mean: “next “! Again … at that point i laugh as i found it funny i didn’t understand the simple “next” world .. at that point she start screaming at me saying i needed to wear a mask , i reply very calm why do i have to wear a mask if so many other pp are not wearing it? She again shout at me :u must wearing your mask!with very angry eyes without explain that mask were mandatory …now … first when we land to JFK airport 5 days before none told us the masks were mandatory at the airport ,neither none stop us till than moment ask me and my friend to wear the mask , i guess the rules changed during those days (which is fine i have no problem wearing a mask ) second how come before my laugh she didn’t ask me straight away to wear the mask? ..i really believe she start her bad attitude when she thought my laugh was for her (which never someone in my life took my laugh in an offensive way as i am always a very smily and polite person) , i ‘ve NEVER been bullied from someone like that , she def abused the “power” she has and made me feel very uncomfortable and im sure this bad attitude agains me was something to do with her personal issue, i do not tollerate someone treat me the way she did for no reason, it was an awful experience and left me feeling very uncomfortable for days

JFK Airport Immigration line

My complaint is about the amount of young and healthy people that use wheelchair to obtain advantage on immigration line.

I have been on the line for about one hour. I see astonished how healthy people not follow the same rules than me.

I think shold be more control about it.

JFK Airport Feminine product availability

After arriving at terminal 2 at jfk, I learned there were no tampons available in ANY of the stores or bathrooms. There were a surplus of condoms but basic requirements for women were no where to be found. A few places have maxi pads available but most women do not use pads if they have a choice. It is unpleasant to say the least, Shame on you for not providing women with the essentials!

JFK Airport Super slow passport control JFK TERMINAL 4

I had an awful experience when coming to the US last week via JFK Terminal 4. After a long flight of 12 hours, I had to wait 3.5 hours to get through passport control due to the large queues... I understand JFK airport has a lot of traffic, but it is not human to force someone to stand up for 3.5 hours just to clear passport control.. I really don't understand why if Terminal 4 passport control has 60 checking stations, only 8 of them were working, less than 10%... Please be more human and try to solve this.

JFK Airport Wheelchair assist

My son was feeling unwell so as soon as we got in terminal 4, I spotted some free chairs at the wheelchair assistance. There was no customers seating there so I thought he could sit there for a few minutes. They immediately asked me to remove him in a rude tone even thought no customers were there but 4 of their own staffs occupied seats. Ten minutes later my son vomited. I found it very inconsiderate and most of all ill mannered.

JFK Airport Staff - specifically a "officer" Richardson

Thursday 2/10/22 - 10pm - Check in @ security

Sgt. Richardson (I was told this was her name. She wouldn't let me see her badge) was "training" another staff member who was extremely rude to me when they "flagged" my carry on for seeing a "statue" I was told. As I was pushed to the side while the trainee bullied me to move away from the baggage belt, I went over to the desk to ask to speak to a supervisor as anyone should, Richardson took my bag off the belt and ran it back through the machine since I didn't respond to her. I tried to, but she and her lackey ignored me when they saw I'd moved to the staff desk. Thankfully, the staff member saw this and realized my claim was true. They both continued to give me dirty looks while the staff member provided me with the name of the trainer. The trainee's name was not exposed for others to see.

The statue turned out to be a hand blender they got wrong like they often do.

I pay for TSA so that I can try and get through this faster, not be disrespected and abused. I can only hope they were made aware that being respectful to folks is also part of their job.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate an apology by both of them, or at the very least someone showing/training them what respect for everyone looks like.

JFK Airport Employees

To whom concern, the moment I landed from the airport on terminal 4. And my family came to pick me up..! At point this employee had a very rude behavior with for no reason. Since everyone waiting to pickup their love one from the airport. This employee need to learn his manner before he got into this job.

I am beyond insulted. When I arrived at jfk Airport I was greeted by a black lives matter banner. Of all places ny supporting a group of terrorists is not only insulting its scary. ALL LIVES MATTER. Not just those that have a different skin color.

JFK Airport Latam disrespectful behavior

Good day,

As a share holder of Latam airlines I am profoundly disappointed with the service provided to my husband and I.

With at most respect I have called 4 times - FOUR TIMES! To rebook a flight that THEY canceled on us, the attendants hung up on me after letting me wait for their answer for at least an hour!

Now, my husband and I are stuck at the JFK airport with no flights home (Canada) due to different errors made BY LATAM EMPLOYEES!

The helplessness that we feel is beyond what one could actually bare, due to the disrespect towards us. If anyone can actually read this - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - I beg you - HELP US! We are tired, hungry and so so so extremely exhausted of this - we fly 2 or 3 times a year to Brazil with either DELTA, Air Canada or American Airlines and we NEVER EVER EVER went through this...please! Help!

JFK Airport Duty free store

On December 12th I purchased on the duty free store at JFK Airport four items, only three arrived at the door plane.
My flight was DELTA AIRLINES 234 to Tel Aviv, 11:45pm - Terminal number 4.
Purchase was made on Area B27 - B34 at the airport .
It amazes me how a thing like this can happen at one of the most important airports in the world. I am upset and disappointed.
It is important to do an investigation, it is possible that this is the "modus operandi" of a villains that take advantage of passengers who have no idea of something like this can occur to them.

JFK Airport Abuse

I was racially abused by a security guard whilst passing through security and being searched.

As a white male, a black security guard was talking to his colleague (a black female) and said I'm sick of these white dudes like this guy coming through as they do nothing wrong.

Can you imagine the political unrest if I had said this to a black person!?

JFK Airport Stolen items from luggage

I traveled on flight MS985 from Cairo to JFK on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Airline: Egypt Air. Confirmation: 3JTQPT Travel date: 11/24/2021 Flight number: MS 985 Bag tag: MS 736548 and MS 736549.
Upon arrival to US, I realized that my luggage was opened and the following items were stolen: YSL purse (value $1500) Prada purse (value $1000) Gucci sunglasses (value $450) Prada sunglasses (value $500) 2 boxes that contain silver jewelry (value $500). I am incredibly beyond heartbroken and frustrated at the lack of proper security and respect for travelers safety and service provided. This is a breach of integrity of trust that we provide in the airline to maintain our items. Truly indicates a lack discipline and the upmost disrespect and unfairness. These are personal items that have been purchased by myself and hold sentimental value beyond the monetary value. I've reached out to both the airline and TSA to file complaints and neither were able to help or responded to my inquiry and complaint. Although the airline states on their website that they are liable for stolen items from luggage, they replied to me saying "Unfortunately we are not able to handle your claim to be compensated, but we will transfer your complaint to the security department for further investigation." They haven't given me any updates and are not responsive at all on the progress they've made with my claim. Same with TSA...no updates or even confirmation email that they received my complain.

JFK Airport Duty Free

Hello first time i had traveled to New York. Terminal 7. My flights back were 11th November 2021 BA0117 New York to London BA0172 and then onto BA1390 Manchester.

I went to the Duty free at JFK Airport that evening to buy a bottle of aftershave and perfume. This was bought and the lady put in bag and stapled the receipt, told me i had to pick it up at the departure gate. I did this. Once i arrived at Heathrow I had to go through security, they would let me duty free come through as the bag hadn't been sealed in an airtight bag. I explained that it wasn't my fault i only bought these even the receipt was on the bag which hadn't been opened. He said this would have to be confiscated and sent over to bag:port. He said this could be still got from Mail &Fly but at a cost.(Reference [protected].

I have since been on the website to get my items it will cost me another £56.

If this was the case there is no way i would of bought these items and now it has put me off from buying anything from duty free. I have never had any issues before. This should be told to the customer or any issues they might have. I still dont understand why this actually happened.

JFK Airport services of pickup

I am a driver who was picking up 3 skids, at JFK cargo area 151 at 2:15 pm, after waiting 3 hours to be called to bay 22, to go check and receive my pickups for someone to come help me. I waited another 6 hours and no one came to help me, but trucker drivers was being helped that got there after me. I approached a driver and ask how did you get your stuff out before me, i was shocked & surprised when he said that i have to give money to a dock worker that would move me out of there quicker. So i did what i had to do in order to
get out of this hell hole. There was many drivers stuck there for 8, 10 and 11 hours and didn't know why?. I found that to be cruel and unprofessional from the cargo workers. A lot of drivers were late and couldn't make they deliveries, because there were no management supervising. This has to stop, I'm sure the airport will not appreciate their staff extorting money from drivers. please look into this matter before something really bad and i mean really bad happens. I finally got my stuff at 12:15 am after 10 hours of waiting .

JFK Airport Missing an ear cuff for no reason? So confused?

Lately I just came through the JFK airport, I was there I just came from Morocco. There is a problem, the problem is that when I was at the JFK airport I had two ear cuffs one of them from Francesca's and the other one is from Claire's. Both ear cuffs were in my black adidas black bag I remember I zipped it afterwards before I had it all way down there in my black adidas bag by the time I went back to my black adidas bag I noticed it was not there, at that time I was very confused and not very happy too on why this happened considering the fact I really want my item back. I do apologize if I am harsh or anything it is because I feel very hurt and affected by this so to speak. Hopefully I will have my missing item back I really do.

It is unacceptable that not a single one of the restaurants in JFK terminal 5 offers any gluten free options. Even the sushi place turned me away at they do not have gluten free soy. Pathetic.

JFK Airport Rude 'agent' at luggage x-ray who insulted me saying it's "Common decency" when I didn't put my tray on the pild y

How do you document when an agent yells at you, "It's common decency, " at the end of the x-ray conveyor belt, when I didn't stack up the trays that my belongings were in. How do you hire inept personnel who want the last answer to a weary 70 year old traveler who was the last one on the plane, because the main floor where we check in and get boarding passes, resembles an ant hill? When no one agent is on your side to get you to the plane, it adds to the stress of flying and it makes me say never again with you.
The staff person who I would like to report was on duty for A Phoenix bound flight from NYC on September 2nd @ 3:55 pm. Her arrogant and one up manship big mouthed behavior was embarrassing to me. It made the flight difficult and therefore I am requesting a full refund of this flight. I can be reached at [protected]@aol.com [protected].

JFK Airport The ark / aqueous solutions

The worker by the name of Vincent Phillips that works for Aqueous Solutions is the most unprofessional worker I've ever seen on the runway or at the JFK airport in my entirety. I've watched him stomp his feet on the job, curse, scream, throw a tantrum while on the phone. I've watched him disappear for hours on ends. I know him from OUTSIDE of the job and even I can tell you that he is the most unprofessional person that the ark could've ever hired.
He's sent threats to my Facebook, his fiancé tried following me in a car on multiple occasions, he walks around the job and talks [censored] about everyone on the clock. He goes home and tells everyone that the workers at the ark and aqueous solutions are all "pussy" and "scared of him". I think he needs to mentally evaluated in order to be working in a FEDERAL building. The amount of tantrums within the last 4 weeks I've watched him work is equivalent to that of a 4 year old child not getting something from the store. I do not think it's safe to keep him at JFK, not to mention he's driving with NO license and just a permit, and the word on the runway is he's trying to drive forklifts with ONLY a permit.
I love the ark and aqueous solutions but their choice in workers is beyond poor, with Vincent as the most perfect example of bare minimum qualifications. Just because you know the boss shouldn't mean you get a job. Sometimes you SHOULD have some sort of qualification to work where you work.

Desired outcome: I would like and feel more safe if Vincent Phillips was fired.

JFK Airport Unethical behavior

Employee at Terminal 2 Delta gate C68 for flight DL5824 on [protected] Terrible attitude in dealing with passengers with a delay. Very mean and inconsiderate. There were others as well. When finally boarding, I feel like she tried to hit me in the face as I was entering the walkway to the plane. It was my turn to scan my boarding pass and she quickly grabbed someone else's and scanned it right when I was walking in and through her arm at the side of my face and I had to duck. She didn't apologize for almost hitting me in the face. She should not be in this field. Most of the employees had a bad attitude. I don't recommend flying into or out of this airport.
