Jewel-Osco review: supervisor named ms dawn

Hi i was in jewel osco store #3407 located on 5516 n clark chicago il. I had transection of $258.85 and my syrvey code is 340705/1705:465/63.At this place supervisor name lady dawn very very worst behavior not even answer of thanks and not even giving a smile when you come in eye to eye contact this was my second problem encountered with her she is seems like racist behavior if she like non white customers dont comes to her store she can put a board outside of door or she can come n tell them also she dont need to act like we are stealing out of her pocket she keeps forgetting thats not her home jewel store if she believe and her superior also believes ghat they can tell to customers but just dont treat a customer like piss of [censored] on behalf of them color base you have camera you guys can see i had to wait over an hour for frozen machine they made me wait from 5:00 am to 5:45 when i told her can you ring me up on different cash machine because its frozen she opened another line for other customers but made me wait almost an hour and in end she turn off same machine and the machine started completely normal she could do same thing when i told her can you ring my groceries on different cash machine she said its too much and she seems like lazy and purposely made me wait hopefully you guys made her understand we customers comes there n thats why she is there if customers not going to come no body needs you and if you believe i was doing anything wrong you could come n talk but this kind of racist behavior try to not even look at customer when they talk and acts like they are nothing in front of you i am also working there teach us how to talk to customers and how to treat them right i would like to brief answer on this and if there is any mistake from my side i request please let me know i will wait on your answer you can call me on [protected] if may be i cant pick up phone leave voicemail i will answer as soon as possible thanks again .I am sending my receipt photo too
