My account had already been charged the US 193658USD $150.00 for my 3 checked bags. Jetblue [protected] ref A895-30377

I did not make any additional purchases with JetBlue and I was charged for these 2 additional payments above (points 1. and 2. )

Unless there is a valid explanation, I am kindly asking that these surplus charges be refunded.

JetBlue Airways Damaged checked bag/ suitcase

My name is Barbara Fleeman Daniel. I returned to St lucia on Saturday August 26 having flewn in to jfk airport on July 17th on flight 882. My suitcase was in perfect shape when I checked in Saturday morning. However to my dismay, when I went to get my suitcase from the carousel in st lucia on August 26th it was damaged and when I checked in the morning at jfk airport flight 1681 it was fine and not damaged. the filght was a 7 15 am flight but we left at 8 and landed half an hour late instead of at 11 52 as was scheduled.

Desired outcome: i would like another suitcase to replace the damaged one.

JetBlue Airways Cancelled connecting flight

On 8/11/2023 our connecting flt thriugh Ft Lauderdale was canceled mid flight on our flt 38 from SJO. Bottom line we were treated horribly. 2hrs wait to get flight the next day! Whole wasted day..of another check in..shuttles...it was very bad. And not one communication from airline with an appology..travel voucher? Credit? Nothing...sad business model. To top it off this is second time in 18mo this exact thing has hapoened at same airport. You would think being JB travel members they would see these disruptions mire than once? Maybe try extend a make good? No not ever..they deserve to partner with Spirit and be biggest mess in the sky! Or on ground i should say

Desired outcome: Something...lost days..more spent money! How about nice 4 day trip to key west! They dk nothing but brag about easy quick J B getaways!

JetBlue Airways Flight from GND to JFK

Hello, I was on flight B6350 from Grenada to New York JFK on August 13. This flight was delayed by 10 hours, then re-routed to Miami for a total of a 12 hour delay. This caused me to miss my connecting flight which, since it was with a different airline, required me to purchase a new ticket. I am very unhappy with this experience, especially since I have not received any follow up form JetBlue. No offer for a refund. No offer for a flight voucher. Nothing. This is horrible customer service and makes me not want to fly this airline again.

I request a refund of my ticket from Grenada to New York. At the very least, I should be compensated for the extra ticket I was required to purchase from New York to Seattle.

Desired outcome: Refund of ticket or payment equal to the flight I had to purchase after missing my connection.

JetBlue Airways Newyork/jfk- vancouver/yvr -flight#0603 cancellation & reimbursement inquiry for hotel and transport

Hi there,

My name is Figen Okyay and my res. nr is OXIIYQ. Unfortunately my first flight experience with Jetblue was not a pleasant one.

There has been ground delay (we were in the plane) about 4 hours.

First announcement was about changing the route due to bad weather conditions for YVR and waiting for the papers made by the pilot and then we have been taken to the gate and let us went out of the plane to stretch our legs. When I got back to the counter after I have bought some foods the hostess was announcing the flight cancellation and each passengers has allowance US $ 250 for hotel and $ 75 for transportation and we need to contact Customer Resolution Department regarding our expenses.

Considering JetBlue would honour their promises I went to hotel and stayed. Next day as there was no JetBlue"s flights (and I had no place to stay) to YVR, had to take another morning flight to Seattle then a bus ticket to Vancouver (as the direct flights from JFK was quite expensive, around $ 900"s).

I would have stayed at the airport if I knew they would not reimburse my expenses as they have promised. I am sure your hostesses would not be announcing these allowances to the passengers unless they have been authorized by the authorities.

I had several correspondence with your customer support service and your Resolution Officers. I have uploaded and send all my invoices in due time. My refund request unfortunately refused. as the cancellation was airline's control but required safety.

I could arrived my destination after 24 hrs.

JetBlue Airways JetBlue Flight Cancelation

Last July 16, 2023, I had the JetBlue Airways flight 2405 to Santo Domingo ([protected]). This flight was delayed seven times; at 6:40 PM, we were notified that the flight had been canceled and that we had to rebook. This caused inconvenience in the hotel reservation since I had to pay for it because the cancellation time had passed.

Even though JetBlue made the reservation for flight 1405 to Santo Domingo (ZALBAU), I had to cancel some business meetings I had scheduled for August 17 in the morning. I did not receive any apology or compensation from JetBlue for the inconvenience they caused me. As you can see from my JetBlue traveler number [protected], I depend on the punctuality of my trips to Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. It has become a regular occurrence for me to be constantly delayed in my experience with JetBlue. I would really appreciate taking action on this matter.

JetBlue Airways No person available to push wheelchair with disabled person

I travelled Atlanta to Laguardia flt # 2613 con code KIBHXR Cynthia Mckoy she had disability needed wheelchair. We were told by JetBlue representative to wait, and someone will come to assist.

After waiting for 1hr plus I had to push the wheelchair myself Sherine Foster-Bogle code KVNELR we barely make the flight.

The JetBlue representatives did not make an effort for the disability person to get to the gate to get on the flight. Joan Stewart code MYGJSV and I had to take turn pushing Cynthia in order to catch our flight.

When we reach the gate, the flight was close thank God the Jet blue representative call and rush us on when we explained.

it was a horrible experience that I would not want another customer to experience.

JetBlue Airways Booking of flight

On 6/24 I booked a roundtrip flight from LGA to FL. using points and my Jet Blue credit card. I realized later that there were better options from JFK. Website was not working, I called and agent booked without using my points, said could not correct it and that I would have to call the supervisor line to get corrected. Called supervisor and she said she corrected it. I got my statement and was charged full price, was told supervisor did not process correctly. Points were not used and it was too late since flight was over. I want my points used and money refunded to my card as originally requested. This is a financial burden at this time. We never would have taken the flights if we knew this.

my flight was schedule to leave Salt Lake City on July 26 at 7;40 to Los Angeles Flight number 1731 Jet Blue called in morning to say it was delayed. I was fine with that but they E-mailed me around 1;00 to say it was back on for the regiular 7;40 flight so i rushed down to the airport at Salt Lake City just to be told it was again delayed had to pay for dinner and extra parking at Los Angeles airport. Im just not sure why the confusing had to wait almost 3hours to get back home.I think you should have better commication

JetBlue Airways Las Vegas to Aruba flight confirmation #qkiuna

My name is Gerald Bingle. TruBlue #[protected] I'M a Delta frequent flyer but flew on Jet Blue for the first time in March. This flight exceeded expectations and I found your airline to meet or exceed the quality of service of Delta Airlines. I had no reservations when I booked a JetBlue flight to Aruba from Las Vegas through expedia leaving June 24th 2023 10:35PM (Confirmation #QKIUNA) This Flight was delayed on the tarmac for nearly 3 hours due to it being overweight and a failure in one of the on-board computers. This resulted in not only the inconvenience of the delay but also, we missed our connecting flight in New York. In addition, my luggage had been removed from the plane in Las Vegas due to the overweight issue and I was unable to access it in New York during the 27 hour delay

This resulted in the following problems and out of pocket expenses I incurred.

1 We missed an entire day of our vacation. ALL Inclusive Holiday INN valued at $550.

2. I was forced to book a hotel in New York City $197 TaxI rides $97 and food $118

3. I had to spend two days in the same clothing and had to purchase deodorant and a toothbrush $7

4. Waiting in line for several hours to reschedule the flight aggravated a sciatic nerve issue that was inflamed for several days afterwards adding to my misery

ONCE the flight was rescheduled, we had no other issues, and our return flight was without incident. I was wondering if JETBLUE will do the right thing and compensate us for the inconvenience and out of pocket expenses incurred. Thank You Gerald Bingle

Due to a passenger sickness the flight stop at Bermuda Island for approx. 13 hours. Only one sandwich and water was provided to us during that period of time and we were not able to buy anything because they did not allowed us to move from the terminal. We are senior citizens 69 years old each having several conditions as high blood pressure, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia and other. There were other seniors also dogs at the plane. To be at the airport in San Juan on time we arrived there at 3 am. We were expecting to buy breakfast at the plane but was not possible because we land at Bermuda prior to.

We arrived at Boston around 11PM. We wait for about an hour at the help desk to claim because flight to Philadelphia had departed, At that time hotel was provided to stay overnight only sleeping for a short period of time (3 hours) because we arrived around 1am.

Arrival to Philadelphia was at 11:30 approx. until we rent a car and have some breakfast-lunch was 2 pm. Our family reunion was on June 29th in the afternoon at Allentown, PA so at the time we arrived all relatives were gone. So we miss the opportunity to meet them after years .

I request a total reimbursement of the trip or a round trip to Philadelphia in order to plan another reunion in the future.

JetBlue Airways Flight cancel for not having pilots.

My flight got cancel an hour before boarding on friday july 7th. I had to find another flight while I was in the airport jfk got delta flight. After I have purchase the othe ticket I get an e-mail giving me boarding passes for a later time. Never got a e mail for a delayed time. Now jet blue does not want to ive me my money back that I spend by buing another ticket at much higher price.

This really unacceptable, got lots of flights coming and they are all with jetblue

JetBlue Airways Payment not received

I booked Chelsea Voight a flight from St. Martin to Boston for 4/29/23. Her flight from Boston to St. Martin was on a different Airline. When she got to the airport in Boston she found out that her passport had expired and couldn't make the trip. I contacted Jet Blue from St. Martin to see if she could get a refund or travel credit. The Confirmation code was MWIYGU. The number I called was [protected] ex. 128. I spoke with a Andrew Jones who told me that there would be a cancellation fee of $150 but I would get $380 refund that could take up to 60 days. He told me to call him at his direct number of [protected] ex.128 in the future. I waited the 60 days and received no refund. I called him back and he said he would check on it. I never heard from him again.

I then called Jet Blue on a customer service number([protected]) and was told that I would not be getting a refund.

I think this Andrew Jones is a fraud and a liar and I think you should be aware that he is probably giving misinformation to other people.

JetBlue Airways Delayed

Travelling back from Westchester to West palm Beach, the plane was delayed for 5 hours, they keep us in the plain for the full 5 hours, they keeping changing their excuses, first was bed weather, than the plane was to heavy, than they need to refuel and finally they offer money for six passengers to give up their seats so the plane can fly! I have tried to get compensation for the delay but they said that my flight is not qualified?

JetBlue Airways My suitcases were damaged

June 30, 2023, flight from New York JFK the flight was number 97 at 8:10 pm. I had two suitcases one large black and Medium black one the first one the wheel on the large one was broken and the medium one has a crack on the lower part of the suitcase. I just bought these to go on vacation with my family. I paid $385.00 to get my suitcases sent to Denver, Co. I did not think this was going to happen.

Desired outcome: I would like a refund on my suitcases, and I would like an apology.

JetBlue Airways Airport transfer

JetBlue Vacations booking number [protected]

My husband and I recently returned from our vacation to Punta Cana that we purchased through JetBlue vacations. In addition to our flight and hotel stay, we purchased round trip private airport transportation (private suburban airport transfer) through BD experience. Our flight home to NYC was on 6/28/23 leaving PUJ at 3pm and we had confirmed our transportation with Enrique from BD experience on Thursday 6/22, that the car would pick us up and transport us to the airport in Punta Cana at 12pm in 6/28.

On the day of our departure, our driver had not arrived by 12:15pm so we had our concierge, Jeison, at the Secrets Cap Cana hotel call BD experience to try and locate our driver. The company informed our concierge that the driver would arrive by 12:20pm and we continued to wait however the driver never came. By 12:45pm, we were still waiting and were very concerned about being late to the airport which was at least 20 minutes away from the hotel. Our concierge ordered us a cab to take us to the airport and we had to pay an additional $35 for the cab.

We were very disappointed in the lack of professionalism by this company who lied to us and our concierge about when they would arrive and never came to get us. We attempted to call them and were unable to get through. We never heard from the company. We also paid for this service in advance and then had to pay for a cab when the driver didn’t arrive after we waited 45 minutes.

We had a wonderful time on our trip and this was the only negative experience we have had. We would like compensation for the transportation that we paid for and never got and for the cost of our cab ride that we had to pay for when the transportation did not arrive.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

Desired outcome: Refund for cost of airport transfer that was paid for and compensation for cost of cab to get us to the airport when transport didn’t arrive. Inconvenience cost.

We purchase tickets going to Bali leaving on 27th of June with JetBlue from Expedia. We got there at 3 o’clock. Late I was sent this JetBlue flight 1320ATL–JFK on Jun 27 is delayed and now scheduled to depart at 8:19pm. Later I was sent this JetBlue flight 1320 ATL–JFK on Jun 27 has been cancelled. We're looking at other flight options & will contact all travelers via email. We was told to go down to the ticket counter to reschedule our flight upon doing this. I was told that there was nothing that JetBlue could do, we had to contact Expedia. We stayed there till 11 o’clock that night on the phone with Expedia and they are telling me JetBlue should have put us on another flight to get to New York so that we would not miss a connecting flight. I am having a conversation with both JetBlue and Expedia. nothing has been done to get us a long with our other party on another flight. We have paid for a villa. We have paid for all of our excursions. We have to be in Bali on the 29th. The manager at the service desk Samuel tried to help last night, but it would not allow him to change. Anything. but no one can compensate us for nothing that’s what I am been told. I need to talk to someone that can really help me. This trip was a very expensive birthday gift for my cousins. I am disabled, I do not work and it’s not my fault that I didn’t make my flight due to cancellation.

BUT we are been told the the airline do not have the equipment that is needed to land in bad weather. So I lost $1200 for a Villa, $1170 for excursions, $310 for a chef and $70 for visas to get into Bali for a total of $2,750.00. Please advise how am I going to get reimbursed or some conversation. JetBlue Airways Booked on line bereavement flight and was not alerted that this must be done over the phone

My husband & I recently booked on line flight to Florida from NY for my husband's brother's funeral. Being of the Jewish faith we needed to do this quickly, as arrangements for the funeral service was based upon our arrival.

Complaint is there is no where on you website that states bereavement MUST be made over the phone and NOT on line.

Secondly, most people is same situation normally would not the luxury to wait for over 1/2 hour to book the flight, as these types of flights normally need to be made quickly. In our situation, our family was waiting for our flight information at the funeral parlor to plan the service. We needed to move quickly.

Website should direct customers to call for bereavement flight bookings.

Desired outcome: Credit our jet blue accounts with either cash credit or additional jet blue points to compensate for bereavement.

JetBlue Airways travel bank credits

I tried to book a flight using points and my travel bank credit and then planned to pay the balance with my Jetblue credit card. I was told "due to system limitations" I was only allowed to use TWO forms of payment, i.e. I'd either need to apply the travel bank credit (to expire Aug. 2023) OR the points but not all three so essentially, even though I'm entitled to my points and the travel bank credit I'm not allowed to use both. I did not see anything about this under their terms and conditions and when I asked to speak to manager I was told there was no one for me to speak to.

I must add, I attempted to book the flight and 20 minutes into my 1st call, the call was dropped and I had to call back. 53 minutes later I'm told the above. I spent over an hour of my time with the customer service rep. repeating "we can only take two forms of payment and there's no manager to talk to", then she hung up on me. So after over an hour of my time, the flight is still not booked.

Desired outcome: Allow me to use my points AND the travel bank credits and I will pay the difference with my credit card.
