I have been trying to purchase Items from Bradlows online and from Russell's online - I keep getting a message stating that for my area the items are not available delivery and you are working to produce more items.
I use online shopping all the time and this is the 1st time I am coming across this issue. Why do you not state if you have product shortages? Why does your website state nationwide deliveries and yet when purchasing - we come across such issues?
I am very frustrated as I really wanted the items.
