they do not do good work and they don't care about their customers. Our tub looks worse now than it did before they refinished it. Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to work with.

I hired JM Refinishing LLC to do a tub glaze. The technician said he would give me a white drain spout, but he didn't. Another issue was that before I made the payment, I was told that there was a 2-year warranty, but after I paid, I found out it was only a 1-year warranty. Lastly, they kept giving me the runaround about caulking around the tub.

These dudes are a total joke. They was supposed to make my shower stall look good as new, but they didn't even tell us they was gonna take off the shower doors. I was like, whatever, just get it done. Then they said they ain't gonna put the doors back on, so we gotta do it ourselves. And then they said they gonna come back tomorrow to caulk, even though they had all the stuff with them. But now they saying they ain't gonna do it at all. I ain't no lawyer or nothing, but I'm gonna make sure everyone knows these guys can't be trusted. Don't waste your time or money with JM Refinishing LLC.

I hit up JM Refinishing LLC for a tub refinishing job, which I had done 15 years ago and it held up, but it was time to do it again. They came on 7/6, did the sanding, sprayed the finish, and caulked. I let it dry for three days before using. Everything looked fine, but now I see peeling in some places. Like, really? I called back to see if they would come out to touch up, and they said to send photos. I did, but no response. Now the number is disconnected! They advertise on FB/Meta. Watch out, y'all! I give them 2 stars for the job, but I'm unhappy with the cost and now no response!

The compny messed up my shower head. They shudnt have took it off.

I had some work done by JM Refinishing LLC and I gotta say, they need to step up their game when it comes to their warranty. I reported an issue two months ago and haven't heard back from them since. When I finally got in touch, they refused to repaint my bathtub. Now, every time I try to call, it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full so I can't even leave a message. This guy is a real pain in the neck.

We hired this company to fix our new jetted tub's crack. The tech came out to fix it, but within days the crack was visible again. We told the company, but they said we had to contact a specific person named ***. We called, but got no appointment time and were told we had to pay more or void our warranty. Be careful with this company, they don't respond to calls or emails easily after they get paid.

I hired JM Refinishing LLC to fix up my tub and they did it on 10/14. I told the technician that I wanted the anti-slip coating, but when he finished, he said he didn't do it. He promised to come back later to do it. I called the company on 10/20 to ask when they would come back, but they didn't answer the phone. I've called them many times since then, but they still don't answer. On 11/12, they texted me at 5:22PM to say they had an opening on Mon, but I couldn't make it because I had meetings scheduled. I've called them many times since then, but they still don't answer and their voicemail isn't set up. The tub reglaze is useless without the anti-slip coating, so I can't use it.

J&M Refinishing was hired in May to fix a small chip in a new tub. They decided to recoat the whole tub and charged an extra fee of $450 for a non-slip finish. The new finish is uncomfortable and rough, with two spots that sting badly when stepped on. It's impossible to sit in the tub to bathe. J&M has mostly ignored our requests for a remedy and we cannot trust them to fix it without causing further damage. We need to find another professional to help and a refund is necessary to start over.

So, I had a problem with JM Refinishing LLC. They came a day late and the guy said he couldn't do the job and had to send someone else. The next day, the guy painted the bathtub the wrong color, not even close to the original color. I called and complained, and they sent the same guy the next day. He showed up with an attitude, not wearing a mask, and said he would leave if I kept pointing out his mistakes. He started doing the job, but never used an exhaust fan, so the dust was everywhere. I called and complained, but they didn't do anything. I gave them a 1-star review on Google maps and described what happened. They accused me of being racist and haven't responded to my emails or texts. It's really frustrating.
