I purchased a TV during the Black Friday Weekend the 29th of November 2025. I asked the delivery to for the 06 December 2025(a Saturday) as there is no one at home during the week. Firstly, the stuff at canal walk need thorough Customer Service training you get to the store you wait for someone and there's no one at the floor to assist not even a manager for close to 20 to 45 mins. The staff has attitude and they would rather chat amongst each other than service a customer. I didn't receive my delivery and was advised by the manager Ridah that the invoice i was given at the store mind you were incorrect and it wasn't processed. So it told him i then paid at the store so how is it incorrect, he couldn't confirm when the tv would be delivered and advised he doesn't know and it's best if i have my own transport. Called the store no one ever picks up or everyone is clueless and gives the wrong name of someone that resigned 3 months ago such foolishness. I take the TV and unbox it upon unboxing and switched the TV on i noticed there is a slight bleed verticle line, I call the store and im told they will log a call. no details taken down. I go back to the store, and it was during the week, that's when I dealt with Ridah again telling me he will log a call for a technician to come to my house to inspect & seemed non-chalant regarding this whole issue. when wanting to know is there a refrence nr and also a tat for the technician to come so i can make the necessary arrangement for someone to be available at home. His response he doesn't know when, he didn't even give me a call ticket/ reference number to show that the call was logged. Fast forward I took the tv back to the stock and it took a month and 2 weeks for them to tell me the technician says the screen is cracked, ridiculous i told Ridah the "Manager" you said the warranty and the 14 days wouldn't be a problem as i returned the TV within in the 14 day period from purchase date and within the warranty period. His response basically wasn't a response. Pathetic Customer support and Service just know you buy anything at Hifi corporation at your own risk even head office or their complaints department are a bunch of useless fools. There is no crack on the screen, there is ink and I know none checked this TV cause it's the same as I left it. Does the below screen look like a cracked screen cause the screen certainly isn't cracked. and no technician contacted me nor the store. I am the one that keeps on calling and going out of my way to find out what's happening.
