JC Penney review: Diamond Wedding band

My husband had bought a diamond ring for me on 11-20-22, we HAD purchased a lifetime protection plan. They can pull up all the information in the system, but can’t pull up the plan we purchased. They have refused us getting a ring resized, and the diamond fell out on 5-8-23. Only a few months after purchasing it. The metal prongs holding the ring were defective and the ring was not true to size. Even with the same person that was there the night we purchased it couldn’t help us, even with the original ring box and protection plan packet. So much for lifetime protection plans.
