Jack's Family review: Upper management trash

I’ve been a long‑time customer of Jack’s, but my recent experience at the McFarland Blvd location in Northport, AL has completely changed my opinion of this restaurant. While being helped by one of the best employees there, Shantinique , I witnessed the District Manager walk in with a hostile attitude and loudly make a degrading comment about her in front of customers. She continued arguing with staff in the lobby, belittling Shantinique publicly. No employee deserves that, and no customer should have to witness it.

This isn’t new behavior. This same manager acted the same way when she worked at McDonald’s, then at KFC next door. Everywhere she goes, she mistreats employees and creates a negative environment.

Because of this repeated pattern of unprofessional conduct, my family and I will not return to Jack’s until this issue is addressed. Employees deserve respect, and customers deserve professionalism.
