After visiting the local Jack in the Box tonight, I have resolved to never go to one again. The service was absolutely terrible- I have never been so mistreated in my life. As I type this, I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The service woman, by the name of Evette or something similar forced me and my buddy to sit in the car for over 25 minutes while she slowly filled everyone else’s order in the drive-thru. We could see our order sitting on the counter, but she refused to hand it over. Obviously, she was angry at us for ordering separately, and using two coupons in a visit, which she had vehemently protested against. Look lady, if you didn’t want to let us use them, you could’ve just said so and let us go on our way. Furthermore, she kept on purposefully mixing up our order to delay things: “Oh I thought you said the Chicken Sandwich, ”… “No you told us two tacos.”
On top of this, the lady didn’t even give me a receipt, claiming that it was already in the bag. I don’t know what happened to the money I gave her but that’s that. When I got home, I threw away all the sandwiches because who knows what kind of crap she must’ve put in them. This is without a doubt the worst customer service I’ve seen ever.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You threw the reciept away [censored]. and just because shes filling another customers order is no reason to ### about it.
