On 6/10, 4:30 pm, my local Jack in the Box completely violated my health safety. Upon driving up to the driver's kiosk, I paid using cash money. As soon as I had paid, the lady who was helping me, without washing her hands or wearing a glove, grabbed napkins one by one, putting them on top of my food. Aside from this being an overall dirty environment and situation, the fact it was on top of my food is my major complaint, as my food wasn't the traditional closed hamburger box. My food was a separate bag of french fries, meaning the entire bag of french fries were covered in napkins that were covered in bacteria from both my money, and any other bacteria the lady assisting me might have had.
Desired outcome: Wish for the restaurant in question, to be reviewed by OSHA.
