I ordered from Jack in The box on April 18th at 5:20 p.m. I spent $52.72 for delivery the delivery person was not the person that was supposed to deliver it they had a picture of a woman that was supposed to deliver and then said it was a male who was extremely rude I had to walk out in the cold down the road to go get it he wouldn't even help me bring up to my house you watched me struggle to try to bring it up he was extremely rude about it I'm a single parent I'm already struggling I don't deserve that to spend that much money on something and to get that kind of service was not okay and the food was not right the burger was wrong and everything else was cold or burned or so hard you couldn't bite into it even the mozzarella sticks were hollow and hard I've never been treated so horribly anywhere I am extremely disappointed and will never order from them again if this is the way they treat their customers we pay good money I've been in customer service before I've never treated anyone that way and I don't expect to be treated that way all I wanted was a decent meal for my family and I got treated worse then I ever have before bingo single mom I work really hard for the money I get I don't get to treat my kids often so when I do it's supposed to be a good experience this was anything but. It was so horrible I still have all the food you can come pick it up cuz we can't even eat it.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and a complete refund. I still have all the food you can come pick it up but I don't want to pay for that that's not right
