Iocl/indane Cooking Gasactivation of dead connection.

I, RAJKISHORE MAHATO having Indane connection no. 16690 from M/s Dharchula Gas services (Scaned copy attached) at Dharchula in 2004 was working in NHPC then. I have left NHPC in 2008 and joined NTPC Ltd. in Joshimath, Uttranchal. I have approached to the Gas Agency at Dharchula for transfer of the said connection to Joshimath but the agency said that the connection is dead and it cannot be transfered till the connection get activated from Bareilly Regional office consequent upon verification from bareilly.Till date my connection is not activated and Iam facing severe problem at Joshimath.
You are requested to kindly solve the matter so that the Gas connection may be transfered to Joshimath.I shall be thankfull to you for this.
