Several Emails (16 that I've kept copies) have been sent over time. I've completely given up until now seeing this complaint board. I had purchased 3 separate LIFETIME subscriptions of Start Menu 8 when it was run by Avangate or prior. 2 of the orders I have no complaints about whatsoever using. It's only one. Seems every time I have tried to install it on my Mother-in-laws computer, it always seems to some how expire almost immediately. I even had to purchase another copy (original price was $9.99 paid twice). Most emails were non-existent with any customer support until threats were made for product refund. I even made the mistake of contacting that 24/7 phone number listed on your website and had a person in England wanting to "take control of my computer to see if there were any issues on my system." Only to find out he did not work for company, but was selling a product and the call was immediately terminated. So basically I am out of pocket $19.98 USD which isn't a lot of money, but it's the principle of the matter. My Mother-in-law finally just gave up and decided to use Windows 10 as it was. To this day she still make comments on how she liked using the Start Menu 8. I was not about to purchase another copy that's for sure, especially when there is NO customer support
