I paid for a Pro version of the bundle on July 18, 2025. The order number was #258437228. The payment information sent by Verifone referenced the Pro version. However, alll of the download links were for the free versions.
I've tried to contact them via the information provided on my Account page, the website and the Facebook page. None of it worked. All of their contact information uses php. According to my research,

Maybe this is part of the problem I've had with contacti9ing them. Whatever the reason, I'm unable to communicate with anyone in the company regarding my issue.
