Credit Karma review: Credit karma money

I filed my taxes through turbo tax and was offered to get it 5 days earlier if I signed up for a credit karma money account. I signed up. A few days later was sent an email saying my account was suspended. I called and was told they are working on it and I would receive an email. Wasn’t given a reason or any insight as to when it would be resolved. Over the course of the last few weeks I’ve called and chatted via the website a total of 20 times. Every time being told the same thing our dedicated escalation unit is working on it they will email you. Now my taxes have been loaded and I can’t access my money. I have asked to file complaints and am told they will email me back in regards to filing a formal complaint. Meanwhile my 8 year old daughter and me risk losing our home after just losing my wife. And shortly after that I will lose my car and then my job. I took a leave after my wife’s death to mourn with my daughter knowing I would have this money to pay bills and allow me time to take a break from work. I’m desperate. I can’t lose my home after losing my wife.
