Letter sent to credit karma multiple times... No response back...
For nearly a month now, I can't login to my account. You ask for a login code. I try to get your code, but it will not text or call me the code. Nothng happens…phone never rings. I find you system to have a code sent to me by email. You send a code…I put the code in to login…. Guess what….. It goes straight back to tell me to get a code.
All your system does is around…around…. Around…around…around…. Around…in a circle. Plus it tells me at different times that there are technical issues…. Try back in a few minutes…. Well I have been trying multiple times a day…. For at least a week….. It worked one day…. Suddenly the next day it did not work, & has not worked since.
Frustration… frustration…. Frustration is the only word I can use to describe credit karma…
Fix your dam system. Just so you know…the login problems with credit karma are all over the internet. So this is not just me.
Someone respond to my emails. I have sent many of them to you over the last few weeks…. No reponse…not on single time.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to login to my account.
