Customer service and removal process is a joke! You have to wait hours to talk to customer service as they have "technical difficulties" for weeks when trying to reach them. Tried to set up removal by phone and waited for 2 hours on hold. Set it up online and they wouldn't send the work order. They had a calibration set up a week after our request. Wasn't going to pay a calibration fee when we requested removal and they shut the car off. After hours on hold they and 2 phone calls they finally sent a work order for removal and said "no worry" their roadside assistance would give us a free tow to the service center. The driver never showed up. 3 calls to their roadside program, each time saying we'd get a text when driver was on their way. Finally called and paid for a tow ourselves. 3 days later, still no text or calls from their roadside program. Had the device removed and now they ding us with an $85 reset lockout charge when the device was removed.
Save yourself a ton of trouble and frustration and go elsewhere!
