It has been pure Hell! I take full responsibility for my actions! I am on oxygen and it took a full year to get it lowered for me to blow! Then they emailed me a removal notice and after they scheduled the appointment date they said it was 2wks to early and made me get it reinstalled for 4 more months. Now they paid for it but I paid the cal fee and Mr. Martinez said they woul pay it all! Now it's time for the removal AGAIN and he or any of the The Tenn department of Transportation won't return my calls or email! It's all about the MONEY not good!
