Intoxalock review: Refund money, stop taking money out of my account, that is theft, account 1901971

called for removal and they called shop to remove in jan. nobody got work order. finally in march they responded after many calls and complaints. they still trying to take payments out of my checking. they owe me for last 2 months refund. no one will answer when its refund or to stop taking money from me illegally, but if I want to give them money, they answer right away.
