Intoxalock review: Intoxilock

After driving home and paying to get my car out of lockout because their device drained my battery which is a ten minute drive. I parked my car and went in for the night. In the morning I came out to another lockout. I had to pay another shop fee which is 40 and the lockout fee of 85 plus taxes. Now I didnt miss a prompt to blow, upon further investigation from Intoxilock they discovered I wasnt in the vehicle at all. No harm no foul right? I should be entitled to a refund since my vehicle was off. Nope, they said I missed it. This company is ran by a thief and should be avoided if you want to be treated like a human who doesnt deserve to be robbed by faulty equipment and a system that doesnt value the truth.
