IHOP review: Terrible place to eat this location should be closed dated 09/14/2026 time 6:25pm ( 1 comment)

I have been several times at this location for breakfast on Sunday for breakfast it's been great due to the regular servers you are very nice. I have been there maybe 3 times for dinner; this place is the worst even the couple said this was their first and last, they should had listened to their neighbors. Terrible experience at store number 2104, 1745 E Main St Mohegan Lake, NY 10547. we sat not too far from the kitchen all we hear was loud reggaeton music, people in the kitchen being loud using foul laugh and our server had an earpiece so every time we call him, he could hear us. I have been going here since it open, sorry to say this place is run down, time to close. check your sale at night they must be down. Your customer service is bad and our dinner was not the best we ate it because we had a long day at work and it was my son's place of choice. I will relate this to my co-worker, family and friend, just because I do not want them to have my same experience. I have had call and left a message several times to the manager and no response. This place needs to be closed they have no respect for customers or the seniors.
