Assurant Solutions – Does not honor warranty thru the spectrum mobile repair & replacement plan

I pay my insurance every month on all my phones so in the event something happens like a dropped phone I can use my warranty. Assurant will not honor the Mobile Repair & Replacement plan on my Samsung S22 Ultra 5G 128 GB. I should have seen the hidden message in their name ( ASS-U-RANT). I am now ranting! I have an unusable phone and they are saying it is not covered. So paying all they money toward a warranty is possibly useless. I thought I was covered and instead I was told my cracked screen and broken phone , after their investigation of the repair & replacement plan claim for my phone that the reported loss is not covered . I will be writing quite a few letters in hopes of receiving all my money that I paid into this scam of so called protection?. I will also like to warn others so they do not fall victim to this as well.
