Instacart – Charges additional fees

I wouldn't suggest using InstaCart as your preferred delivery service. Multiple orders were charged long distance fees which were within 1-3 kms ranges. I was also charged a priority fee when that service was not requested. I contacted customer service through the chat feature, as there doesn't seem to be a human being to reach out to, only to be told that they will not reverse the charges. This is not a reputable company.
