I had to use Fetch cause my apartment made me, and they made me sign up for their delivery address. I had to send my groceries to Fetch, and they delivered them to the wrong place. It took forever to get someone on the phone to help me, and they couldn't even find my stuff. They said they would reimburse me, but then they said I put in the wrong address, which I didn't. It took them two weeks to figure it out and then they said they wouldn't pay me back. This company is a scam and they don't care about delivering your stuff to the right place. Don't use them if you want your packages to actually get to you.

Amazon delivered my package to Fetch facility in Alexandria VA and Fetch has assigned a wrong ID and delivered the package to someone else. This was clearly seen on their system when I went to the facility to enquire in person as their online "customer support" (LOL) was dysfunctional. I have later received e-mails from them repeatedly asking additional info about my package although I have sent the requested info several times. The latest reply was
"It seems that you may need more time to provide the information I've requested. We can proceed when you are ready. For now, I am going to close your submission but am happy to continue assisting you when you are ready."
No reply to my message stating that I have already sent the requested details.
Desired outcome: Retrieval of my package or replacement ordered from Amazon.

I didn't have to worry about going to a post office or waiting for a delivery guy to show up. I definitely recommend Fetch Package for anyone who wants a hassle-free delivery experience.

I was supposed to get a package on Saturday between 4 and 6, but when I checked, it wasn't there. I told Fetch Package and they asked for my receipt and tracking number. I gave it to them, but they just said their records show it was delivered. They won't admit they made a mistake. And why did they ask for proof if they weren't going to believe me? It's not fair. I give them the address of a place in *** when I order stuff online. It's not cool.
