Instacart review: Cancelled when driver on the way

Put a Costco order in and I'd had this "Diamond" driver before...only purchased five items but total of bill was approx. $173.00. In my notes for delivery I stated that I also tipped cash at the door as I only had put 10% tip online ($28 total tip isn't too bad, is it?)...then I got a message stating my order was cancelled as he was on the way to deliver! Fine. Cancel an order. But at least state WHY. I never messaged the fellow because I don't usually anyways. The Help Centre was of no assistance whatsoever - kept repeating the same bunch of possible reasons. And I've used Instacart quite a few times and even had deliveries made to my office. So Instacart, you've lost a customer.
