I was quoted $1.99 service fee for my pickup order. The receipt came through at $3.99. They refused to refund the $2. The explanation was that they do not refund service fees. Too bad - they stand to lose a lot more than $2 from irate customers, as well as Aldi's. I am complaining to the Attorney General. I am tired of false advertising, price differences, rotten meat and vegetables, come-on sales bait. We are getting screwed everywhere.
Desired outcome: refund my $2. Food prices are bad enough without scamming the customers. I'm finding this at all the grocery stores. Overcharging, price different at register than posted on shelf. WATCH OUT!
