I had confirmed online booked train ticket through ITCTC with PNR no. 8832538526 for travelling from Bandra Terminus to Vadodara. Due to unusual traffic, I missed my train and thus immediately tried to cancel it through IRCTC but could not. As I wanted to travel, I had not filed TDR which is to be done 4 hours before train departure. In my view it's quite unfair that No Refunds are given if train is missed. I sincerely look into this aspect and provide me refunds.
