I travelled First AC by train 16585 (pnr4553308536) on 18th July It was a horrible experience.It was late by 1 hour, platform was changed,the coach positions displayed did not show H1and coaches were lined up in reverse direction, Toilets were not in usable condition. Overall a horrible experience of First class travel in Indian rlwy, Very bad exp.

Desired outcome: Please refund the the difference between First AC and General Class, It was not worth paying so much for this kind of experience,
