Indian Railways complaint about the southern railways

i was travelling with my Mom and Sister in train no:6348 Mangalore- Trivandrum exp: on 15th of NOV 09. We had reserved a Sleeper Class Ticket and we were on the RAC list 5, 6, 7 respectively due to the rush of sabarimala pilgrims they provided an Extra coach(EX1) and we had confirmed seats 65, 66, 68. The coach was just behind the engine and they was a whole lot of rush inside our sleeper compartment and there was a stage that i had to beg to general compartment passenger to occupy our seat. With a lot of wispering they moved out and kept standing next to our seats making us uncomfortable there was not even a TTR to check the ticket nor a police for our safety. I was just doomed in that situation with my Mom and Sis and cruel and fierce looks given by the general compartment passenger. Do we reverse tickets for an uncomfortable journey like this or is it our mistake that we traveled in that train.

Indian Railways non issue of platform tickets

To,

The General Manager
Northern Railway
Delhi

Sir,

my complaint is regarding non-issue of platform tickets at counter number.19 of ajmeri gate side of new delhi railway station. Today i had gone to the railway station to meet my uncle and aunt, who were travelling my BBSR rajdhani exp to BBSR. For entering the platform i had gone for one platform ticket, then i saw a board displaying in large fonts above counter number 18 to 20 about the issue of platform tickets from any of the counters in que. by reading this i standed in que for platform ticket at counter number 19. but the clerk in counter number 19, strictly refused to issue me the platform ticket and directed me to go for counter number 13, i also reminded him of the board on which it was written. it was 16:40 at that time. as the train was scheduled to depart at 17:15, still left with no option i have to stand in long que of 50 people to get one platform ticket. if this is the motto for issuing platform ticket from a single window, it's my humble request to kindly remove such flimsy boards to relieve people from harassment.

I fully agree with this gentleman. Issue of Platform Tickets at Ajmeri Gate side is a big nightmare. People are forced to go inside to receive their near and dear ones without a Platform Ticket and then have to pay fines for ticketless entry.
There is no single dedicated window for issuing Platform Tickets with clear instructions. I had to stand in a long queue when I went to receive my old father in law and mother in law who arrived by Jan Shatabdi on 27th of last month. Finally, I had to speak to them over mobile to come out of the Station by themselves as I could not enter the Station. I saw Ticket inspectors at the Exit were very busy catching people who were forced to enter the Station for receiving some kid or some lady/ ladies. These people had no other option, and one of them was almost in tears and explaining that he had already stood in a line for 15 minutes and he had to enter the station as his very young son was travelling alone.
WHY CANT THESE PLATFORM TICKETS BE SIMPLY DISPENSED THROUGH AN AUTOMATIC DISPENSER?
I must also say that the situation at Pahar Ganj Side is not so bad as there is a seperate dedicated queue for P.T.s. I would request the Railway officials to do something about all this... With regards, S. S. Virdi, [protected]

Indian Railways railways refund

With Reference to TDR for the PNR No: [protected] and [protected], Kindly note that the train had been cancelled due to floods for the week from the date on the travel. i.e. 11/10/09.Inspite online booking for the train was done on 5/10/09.

When approached the station of Egmore, Chennai. It was informed that 100 % refund will happen. Inspite, on filing TDR /cancelling on the very next day i.e. 12/10/09 only Rs. 85 /- and Rs, 299 /- respectively is credited.

Clarification needed on same why 100 % refund not done inspite TDR filed in time. None of the Delhi or Chennai Customer care has a proper answer to this. When train is being cancelled for consecutively a week, why was online booking possible through your official website. Who is responsible for the negligance and why is the customer money be penalised. Customer will have to pay penalty if we do not follow rules of railway. What is the answer for this kind of and lack of responsibility by railways injustice ?

same happened with me also where i booked with rajdhani from delhi to howrah and train was delayed for 7 hours. i did not travel and filed TDR and should have been refunded the full amount as per rules. railways sent me Rs. 1005 only which is 50% of total amount when contacted they replied we are sending all the documents to railway ministry and will get back to you its more than 6 months now nothing happened.

I guess railway ministry is reading all the document very carefully everyday hence the delay. i think there is some fraud going on in railways where lot of public money going in few people's pocket.

Indian Railways insufficient counters to issue tickets for mmts

What would a normal citizen do : when he is in the queue to take a ticket for MMTS waiting for 15 min and still he had to wait for another 15 min as the queue is so long and MMTS has arrived & When he has already travelled from Vizag - Hyd (Godavari Exp)?

It happened to me and I boarded the train as the next MMTS is after 50 min and ended up in paying Rs 255 as fine. I agree I shouldn't travel without a ticket. But what is the solution for this? Should I waste my time or my money. I ended up in wasting my money in paying the fine as I cannot be late to my office. Its not only me lot of people had to do the same. This is really ridiculous.

Isn't there a solution where citizens can save their time as well as money?

Regards,
Gopi

From past 3 weeks Lingampally to hyderabad trains are coming late by 30-40 minutes & No Announcements at all, why trains are delayed. In the morning hours daily we are getting late to offices because of mmts delays. In the peak timings between 8AM to 10AM mmts trains are maintaining very poor timings.
So many people are suffering very much.
Can someone take this serious and act on it...

We cannot mix emotions and law together. Whatever the situation may be, travelling without ticket is breaking law. It is unfair to all the other passengers who have bought the ticket on that day of your travel, if you were travelling for free of charge. As for TC he did his job. But what I would suggest to MMTS is though, one should be able to buy the ticket after boarding the train from the TC, instead of forcing a fine. It is not practical to buy tickets all the time, considering the non functional vending machines and over crowded Queues at ticket counters.

The same thing happened to me. The printer at the MMTS ticket counter was not working. I was crossing foot-over bridge to take the ticket from another side, but meanwhile the train came. So, i boarded the train. The next train was after 45 min. My little son was having fever and at home. In such a scenario, how can i wait for another train. I explained all the things to TC but they didn't listen and paid penalty. I had penalised for no mistake of mine. One ticket counter with non-working printer. Either they should issue some manual ticket in such time.

hi
i agree it.
the same thing happened to me today. i have waited nearly 20 minutes in queue still my turn has not come but mmts train has come. there is no another way for me except to board the train without ticket. i did the same. when TC asked me about ticket(Tall and white person), i explained him about the situation. but he didn't understood. finally i had to pay 250 rs fine at lingampally. he also collected cash(bribe) from others (i think it is less than 250) with out giving receipt. i have asked him to disclose his name. but he refused to tell. i didn't have sufficient time to argue with him and complaint to some one immediately as i have to reach to office on time.
MMTS should provide sufficient counters during peak time to avoid such nuisance.

hi
i am travelling from bangalore to kacheguda. the mmts train often comes within few mins of reaching kcg going towards lingampalli.
no time to stand in queue and buy ticket.
can the ticket be exempted for buying for such long distance travellers ? or atleast provision to pay the tkt fare inside the train for valid long distance travellers ?

I agree his concern, even today i faced the same .Here the train which i was comming is late by 45 min(Simply they stopped outside of the city )and when my train arrived mmts got announced and the Queue was big with only one counter, So i took a chance to take the train and was ready to pay when the TC comes, But the TC(Tall women with cell phone in hand talking always in that) has came to me asking 560Rs for 2 persons.Which is too much even though i agree shouldn't travel without ticket but that situation i have to take and i was ready to pay the penality but she was not explaining anything the details and started talking foul language, But from some people she took 100, 200 don't know why and that lady was disguisting to talk.Railyway please take some action againt these people even though our intenstion was not to travel without ticket bcz..., please maintain some ethics

MMTS in Hyderabad is worst, if Govt is not capable please withdraw and give it to Pvt people...late arrivals...no proper information...waiting hours n hours in railway stations like beggers...please change the rule or change the entire SYSTEM.
Govt is showing very interest in METRO why METRO first complete the MMTS and go for METRO...

Indian Railways safety & security at kalyan railway station

I submit that i was traveeling to vishakhapatnam on 15.08.09.I
got RAC accommodation up to Srikakulam Road in Konark Express. I was travelling with wife, daughter and two grand children. While iwas boarding iwas cornereed and my mobile phone and ticket were snatched. As i have to go urgently i continued my journey. I could not find any RPF personnel. I told the TTE who is S1 coach. He told me to sit in the place allotted to and the TTE will come at Pune and prepare the ticket. I was told that i Have to pay entire amount. I have Paid Rs 2150=00 as there will not be any concessional fare is allowed in the train. I immediately informed BSNL and submitted an application through my office staff to block my number. [protected]. Immediately after returning from Vizag i made complaint in the local police station at Ambernath on 24.08.2009 about the lost phone and got new Sim card with same Number. I have sent an E-mail to Cyber cell mumbai also with IMEI number.I feel that stolen ticket must have encashed. The sad part is that gang which cornered me was comprising of a female well dressed may be around 50 years and she had gathered all information about berth nos etc from my family. I feel that Kalyan station is paradise for all such anti social elements. I am still keeping the ticket prepared in the train for further reference if required. Railway administration should take suitable measures to prevent such incidents.

Indian Railways compalint against tt

To,

The Railway Minister,
Rail Bhawan, New Delhi

Subject: Complaint against TT INDB RJPB Exp. Train no. 9321 dated 3rd Oct 2009 from bhopal to Faizabad

Respected Sir,

I am very very upset to TT who covered his job from bhopal.. my brother was travelling in train (PNR num [protected]) his ticket was in waiting.. his leg has got operated.. there was a bo machine in his leg.. and that TT told them to leave the coach immidiately as according to him there is no waiting quota in AC.
He was having big machine in his leg.. and was totally unable to move even from a seat to another but just because of that TT he has to suffer. This was very very ridiculus job done by him.. I know TT was totally wrong even he didnt think about humanity.
I request you to take proper action against them. If India is democratic country.

Thanks in advance

Indian Railways deteriorating condition of coaches

This is to highlight pathetic condition of coaches & services in prestigious trains like Dehradun-N. Delhi Shatabdi Exp & Jan Shatabdi Exp. I have been travelling in these trains for years & I have observed sudden worsening of quality of services, catering & condition of AC chair car coaches.

I have lodged complaints on several occasions but unfortunately no action has been taken. Complaint books are full of many such complaints by harassed passengers but Railway authorities at Dehradun appear to be unconcerned (or helpless). Two of latest complaints lodged by me are as detailed below:

PNR Date Train Remarks
[protected] 29.08.09 2055 Very old dirty coach (C4), Non functional AC, broken seats, no plug points in AC coach,
[protected] 29.09.09 2056 Again old dirty coach(C2), Non functional AC, broken seats, broken tables, torn bottle holders, no plug points in AC coach & cockroaches as co-passengers.

It is surprising that TTE’s hand over complaint books with smiling faces & telling passengers that “Write whatever you wish, but nothing is going to happen”.

These trains serve tourist destinations like Haridwar, Rishikesh & Dehradun and several foreign tourists travel by these trains. I have seen them making mockery of standards of Indian railways & terming coaches belonging to Jurassic age, which hurts me as a true Indian.

The worst affected are passengers who have paid a hefty amount as Tatkal charges and are forced to travel in such dilapidated coaches, they really feel cheated by Railways. I always believed that Railways have a very effective grievance redressal mechanism but ignorance of repeated complaints has shattered by faith in Railways.

We are paying so much for AC coaches to make our journey comfortable but Indian Railways are not working properly.I kindly request you to look into this matter and refund the proportional Amount.

Indian Railways No power in compartment

I had travelled from Chennai to Madurai on September 21st, 2009 in Pandian Express. From about 1 AM, there was no power in the whole compartment and all the people in the compartment had a sleepless night. Especially the small kids were all so restless and crying that nobody in the compartment slept the whole.
How come such an incident is allowed to happen and nobody cares to take any steps.
The people travelling in second class compartments are provided such poor services.
Some action should be taken on people responsible for this type of carelessness.

Indian Railways booking

Respected sir
I am constrained to bring into your kind notice about the highly unprofessionalism shown by one of the your ticket-booking clerk in our small town called nahan in himachal Pradesh. On 17th of September I visited your booking office to book 26 tickets (sleeper class) for visiting various places in india with my parents, family and other relatives and neighbors. Your booking clerk showed his incompetency as this is a team movement and he is not able to book 26 seats and suggested me to bring one family member from each family. Next day four senior citizens representing 4 families reached from far-furlong area of this hilly state and requested him but he again refused to book these tickets and asked me to visit either ambala, Yamuna nagar or Chandigarh for this booking. He did not even listen these old aged people who specially reached nahan for booking after spending huge money in respect of tickets and wasted whole day here. Being an employee it is not possible for me to visit any of the above mentioned places for booking these tickets inspite of having railway booking window here.
You are requested to look into the matter personally and shift this person else where as this is not the first instance here which is highly provoking and intolerable.
Regards,
Surrender singh chauhan

Indian Railways theft on vishaka express

I was travelling on the Shirdi - Vishakapatnam Vishaka Express, having departed from the Sai Nagar Station [Shirdi] at 6:50pm on the 10th of September to disembark at the Secunderabad Junction. We were a group of five women, all relatives of mine, and were allocated seat numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 in the S2 compartment. As there were very few travellers in this train, only two second class compartments [S1 and S2] appeared to be satisfactorily occupied while the remaining seven coaches were more or less empty through the remainder of the journey.

As the seats were located near the exit doors of the coach, and three of the women were elderly by nature, we even requested the TTE to provide seats somewhere in the middle of the coach. He said that transferring a group of people ie. us, would not be possible, and told us that we could instead lock the doors of the coach at night, as nobody was expected to exit/ enter through the remainder of the night's journey. I slept off around 2 am in the morning and my relative was up around 5.30 am the next day.

At around 8am, when all of us were awake, we decided to transfer to a compartment in the middle, as the stench from the toilets were too much to handle. It was then we realized that an Infosys travel bag containing my mothers and my artefacts was missing.

Although there was no money or jewelery, it contained a Siemens hearing aid worth Rs. 22, 000 and is extremely difficult to replace.

We searched the entire train immediately and even went to locate the TTE so as to report the matter to him. However, he was not to be located in any of the compartments, even in the First Class AC Compartment, where a Railway Vendor reported him to be sleeping. The train arrived around 10am where in we disembarked and reported the matter to a police officer, Mr. Kodana Rao, of the Secunderabad Railway Police. He went in search for the train guard so as to locate the timings and stations the train had stopped at during the night. The guard was not available and the police officer, having heard the contents of the luggage, told us that filing the FIR was a lengthy procedure and downright told us to forget about the whole matter, as we were residents of Chennai and did not take any more interest in the matter.

The travel bag is a distictive blue and cream Infosys shoulder bag, with wheels. The distinctive contents include:

1. Siemens Hearing Aid (red colour) in a white dehumidifier box
2. Homeopathic kit which contains a list headed by the name of Dr. Premila Rajan and her phone number
3. Turakhia blue optical kit containg hair accessories.
4. A book called City of Glass by Alexandro Barisso.
5. Several sets of clothing and cosmetics.

The entire worth of the lost baggage is about 30, 000 rupees.

It is extremely shocking that the TTE was absent when we needed him, and that the Secunderabad Railway Police dismissed the entire matter, on hearing that the most important item was a hearing aid and refused to believe that it was worth 22, 000 rupees.

Indian Railways tatkal fare

as per new Railway budget on Jul 2017 announced by Mamatha Benarji tatkal ticket booking process reduced from 5 to 2 days and tatkal fare slashes from 150/- to 100/-.

but actually it's not implemented till now. process already started as 2 days instead of 5 days. but why still the fare collecting 150/-.

why this wil happen?. still why the railway department charging 150/- which was introduced by Lalu.

why the government cheating the public like this?

already they are cutting 80% money when we cancel the tatkal ticket.

why they don't implement this facility which helpful the public ?

some rules are implementing very fast which are helpful to them?

why this much delay which was saving money to public at this recession period?

this is happening every time because of lack of unity in public. all are thinking i have no problem to pay much...but think before pay why we pay extra instead of actual which was declared by government recently after they elected by public like US.

I am writing this complaint in hopes that it will get noticed by Indian Railways management.

They trains are always overcrowded. I noticed that many people often don't have tickets which makes it difficult almost impossible for people who pay for the transportation to get what they paid for.

The aisle for toilets is often blocked by passengers. There is no water in the toilets, fans and lights also not working.

Complaints submitted to the railroad management didn't produce any results.

Dear Sir,
I have travelled by Bilaspur Rajdhani Exp. from Bhopal to Raipur on dated 27/12/09 in B-2 coach, PNR no. [protected]. After entering in the coach I found that the coach is very dirty and there is no water in the toilets. So I have told the attendant as well as coach TTE for filling the water. He said that water will be filled at Nagpur. No water was filled in the coach. But they have pasted one paper saying that due to technical fault water is not there. The copy of the same as attached. Even no cleaning was done at Nagpur station. Morning tea was not served up to 7.30 am so I have enquired for the same then pantry in charge said that there is no water in the 3-4 compartment of the train including pantry. My question is that when technical fault is there in B-2 compartment then why it was attached in the train which is itself prestigious train as Rajdhani exp. I feel officers are not taking interest to carry out the work. If technical fault is there then why the coach is not declared as sick coach at Nizamuddin itself?
When the breakfast was served at around 8.30 AM, in the served cutlet a wooden piece was found which is shown to the pantry in charge in the presence of train Superintend as well as a complaint was filled at Raipur station and the piece of cutlet was shown to Railway food inspector in presence of ASM on duty.
The photograph of the same is attached here with.
In the morning no TTE/ Super indent was found on the train, they might be sleeping somewhere which is unapproachable to me. Even at Raipur I could able to meet train Superintend who was not in the dress prescribed by the railways.

Indian raiways voilates the basic right of the constitution as it has happened with me while travelling from mumbai to jodhpur. the travel ticket examiner has not allowed my legally wedded wife to travel on my seat resereved for me in upper class where she had got the ticket of second class and i was accompanying her in the same train. The statement of the TTE was that there cannot be swapping of seats in the same train let it be husband and wife. here the indian railways has to wake up their ideas and the rights of the citizens should not be curbed due to some silly reasons.

I saw an advertisement of indian railways regarding the online booking of tickets for your journey in the HINDUSTAN TIMES dated on 5th april 2017. With great enthu I logged on to my p.c and started the process to book my online ticket on the railway online booking site. To my great surprise everything went on fine till my bank transaction was completed and due amount of 1850 was debited from my account. But the things got immiteately nasty just after the transaction was completed and my account was debited of Rs1850.Just after this the online window showed me the msg.. YOUR TRAIN TICKET COULD NOT BE BOOKED DUE TO COMMUNICATION ERROR, HOWEVER THE AMOUNT DEBITED WILL BE REFUNDED TO YOUR ACCOUNT LATER.

I am really frustated and I feel that I have been duped of my hard earned money. These people are so cleaver that till the moment the transaction was completed there was no problem and when they got the money in their account, they refused the ticket by saying that there was a communication problem and would u like to book a new ticket? I wonder is this the type of services the indian railways are suppose to give? Its a shame on their part to dupe people in buying ticket online and robbing them of their precious time and money, moreover in their complaint cell no one intertained my complaint. First of all their no. are always busy and if it rings two time s somebody will lift the phone off the hook without even saying hello.

I WOULD REQUEST ALL FELLOW CITIZEN NOT TO TAKE THE RISK OF BOOKING THEIR TICKETS ONLINE .IF THEY WANT TO RISK IT, THEN ONLY IT IS ADVISABLE OTHERVISE THEY WILL ALSO BE DUPED AND ROBBED BY GREAT INDIAN RAILWAYS.

i was on the train number 2231 LKO-CDG super fast express. i had got my ticket reserved under the tatkal quota and at the time of booking i had the status W/L 15 and at last my ticket was not confirmed and i had to travel with a W/L ticket, the thing is that the persons with W/L more than me had got there tickets confirmed. please tell me how is that possible? is the allotment of berth really fair enough? and moreover there were some school students in two coaches my question to you guys is that is there was a special booking than Indian railways should have attached two separate coaches for them so as to accommodate the general passenger as well...

i was travelling on Indore Bhind Express boarded from Gwalior to Indore on19thOctober 2017. My sister was supposed to do Tilak on Bhai Duj at Shivpuri Station.

I am surprised to see that our train had not stopped on the platform but another train was their on the platform and our train stopped next to that train. There was no way to reach the platform. All passengers who were suppose to board from Shivpuri railway station has to first enter the other train then come down in between the two trains and then only they can board on our train.

The risk of life was there every second. We do not know which train will move first.

I was shocked, that this thing can happen in INDIA. That, a train had not stopped on the track near to platform.

The department should think the seriousness of the matter, that if any old/senior citizen is travelling and had to board from shivpuri or to drop down at Shivpuri railway station, then he has to play with his life.

He has to first drop down on the railway track, then to the other train (which surprisingly moved before our train) and then on the platform.

I seriously complain about the seriouseness of the situation occured on that day. I enquired through the attendent of 3rd A.C. coach. According to him, this situation occuring daily.

I request the department to take serious action into the matter. Any moment accident can take place.

Indian Railways used bedrolls

i am a regular traveler by 2nd or 3rd a/c.between chennai and ernakulam on train no.2624.
i am sending this mail with much pain, as i ive been seeing this corruption going on for long time in southern railways.
9 out of 10 times, i find the bedrolls supplied to be used. when an alarm is raised, they immediately replace with clean ones.
to my amazement, i find that in fact none notice this until some one complains.
you can imagine the kind of health hazard, indian railway bedrolls pose?
these bedroll contractors are taking railways for a ride, and this is not an isolated case. i am sure that there are many more like me out there.
i hope my voice is heard and justice is rendered by indian railways.

My name is Rajeev Kumar and i am the vice president of All Kerala Assocoation of Deaf and presently working in the District Panchayath Kasaragod, Kerala. I am a physically handicapped person and drafting this letter for your kind attention. When I was traveled from Ernakulam to kanhangad in Maveli Express (Date : 14.02.10 Train No.6604) I alreay had a reserved ticket (PNR No [protected]) in Disabled couch. As in aware disabled couch has 4 berth. But on that travel day I had a bitter experience while the travel. When train arrived at Ernakulam station, I can't even step in to the compartment, because the compartment is thickly packed with the passengers with ordinary tickets. In this situation i had approached a T.T.E in charge and he just ignore me and he asked me to go meet another T.T.E, I narrated my hardship, being a handicapped person like me to run towards the 9th compartment and meet another T.T.E but he asked me to complaint it to the Gurard. I couldn't do that, because i can't walk well and its not possible for me go to the Gurard room at the the last. Atlast i begged to the public in that boggie to consider us, but we got lot of i& shouting from the public, and they just ignore us. Because of this i came here at Kanhangad in standing in the whole night. Railway giving all these nominal concessions for us because we the people are physically handiapped. But we got clear ignorance from the railway officials. We also are human beings, and we request you to consider this letter in humanitarian ground and take adequate actions on this issue. I can know that a lot of persons like me have these same type of hardship in this coaches when travelling.

That is not called misbehavior, that is called doing his job. I am sure that they heard all sorts of excuses as to why people did not pay their fare or pay the proper fare including the one you gave. Blame the dishonest people who do this instead of him. He heard these excuses so many times that even when someone is telling the truth he does not believe them.

Indian Railways misbehaviour of tc

Sir,
I was travelling in 2472 jammu tawi express on 8th july, 2009 and boarded the train at jammu station. my pnr no. is8332717409. I was having rac in coach b2 seat 55. I requested the t. c. incharge to temporary give me berth to sleep since I had not slept previous night and after my rac is confirmed I will shift on my own. however he denied. but to surprise after 2-3 hrs I found all t. c.'s sitting in 3 ac with bedsheet tied on both ends of the upper seat so that nobody can see them. firstly I thought some ladies might have tied the cloth for privacy, but when some other persons informed me that all t. c.'s alongwith railway constable are sitting inside and gossipping I felt surprise. I again requested them to give berth but they denied and told me to leave.
This attitude and behaviour on the part of t. c. s and also railway constables shows how they rule over in compartments. one person who had got sitting class tkt was allowed in 3ac and he was temporary allowed to sit in 2ac very comfortably. I have got his receipt number also. he was my fellow passenger and travelled from jammu to bdts. the above acts on part of t. c. clearly shows that for earning illegal money they allow anything.
but instead a person who has valid rac tkt is not even given a vacant berth to temporary rest for 3-4 hours when there are so many vacant berths available for atleast 5-6 hours i.e. upto delhi. when these t. c.'s can sit occupying entire six seats why a passenger is denied.
Why did these t. c's alongwith railway constable put a big bedsheet and save themselves from eyes of other commuters and why did they deny me temporary berth, is it because I did not pay them money. instead they started speaking in vague manner and told me to leave and further informed me that berth will be given to me after mathura i.e. at mid-night.
It is therefore requested to take strict action on all the above t. c.'s and railway constable, or else I will be at liberty to send this video shooting to national news channels to show to public. kindly inform me accordingly.
Thanks
