Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a failed cash deposit transaction at an Indian Overseas Bank ATM, which has still not been resolved even after 4 days.
On 19/11/2025 at 17:38:27, I deposited ₹300 (three ₹100 notes) in ATM Machine No: 00IOBC8518.
The machine accepted the cash, showed an error, and the transaction was marked as unsuccessful.
The receipt showed:
“YOUR TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. TO A/C: [protected]”
The ₹300 was not returned by the machine.
I reported this matter to my branch manager next day.
He told me to submit a written complaint and said the issue would be resolved within 3 days.
It has now been more than 3 days, but:
I have received no update.The ₹300 has still not been credited to my account.No message, call, or confirmation has been provided.
This delay is unacceptable for a simple ATM cash dispute.
