Hello,

My name is Nataraj, i have one SB account in one of IOB Branch, branch code is : 1152

I like to know about my complaint status.

My first complaint on 21.01.26 to IOB Customer service but that complaint automatically closed without any result.

Then again i complaint 31.01.26 to IOB Customer service that complaint also automatically closed.

Then again i call customer service they are everytime update my complaint.

Then again i call customer service 11.02.26 they are again re opened one new complaint.

I don't know what happened why they are automatically closed without any result.

They are not able short the complaint then why you take complaint and automatically closed. Its look like treating like a child play game.

Now i like to know my 5000 money get back or not.
