Respected sir/ mam,

On January 31, 2026, I ordered a product (AirPods) from a website that was suggested through GPay. As the website appeared trustworthy, I proceeded with the purchase and completed the full prepayment through GPay.

However, the product has not been delivered. Recently, I noticed that the order status appears to be cancelled, but I have not received any refund. I also suspect that the website may be fraudulent.

Below are the transaction details:

* Date of Order: January 31, 2026
* Product Ordered: AirPods
* Amount Paid: ₹[399]
* Payment Method: GPay
* Transaction ID: [117952132414]
* Website Name: [gadgetshopper.in]

I kindly request you to investigate this matter and initiate a refund of the amount at the earliest. I have attached screenshots of the transaction and order details for your reference.
