India Yamaha Motor 2019 Yamaha Wolverine x2

The belt broke after two years. I resolved it. Myself as to use the warranty it would take a month or more to get into service. Now the belt has broke again after just a week. I've had heating problems and have had to change the radiator 3 times. Along with circuit breakers and thermo switch and thermostat. I had to replace the stator and crank position. Sensor. Then it started not turning the fan on unless I was in park or holding the break. So I had to wire around it and put i. My own switch. Which isn't the greatest. I've replaced ball beating in the wheels. I've done more working on this utv then riding. It was the worse product I've ever bought. I've had 4 wheelers dirt bikes jet skis and have not had to work on them like this. Some where even older used models. But still less work then this thing. It's sat parked more than not. And I'm a person you likes to ride a lot. Almost daily. I just bought a new Honda talon x. And will never buy Yamaha products ever again! I will also recommend to friends and family not to. My son wants a new rmax. And we have looked at them. But I don't want another money pit. It's a shame you pay this much and get this as a result. I work hard for my money even during the covid. And I take care my machines like no one else. Cleaning oil change you name it. They are garage kept. And we'll maintained. This utv the Wolverine x2 is a lemon. It shuts off all the time. And now is hard to get started back up I've worked on and taken this machine to so many different people to work on. Paid out thousands to try to get it right and working again. It was good for about a year then nothing but problems.

India Yamaha Motor FZ25 BS6 2021 purchased on 07 July 2021 is defected

Fz25 purchased on 07 July 2021 from JK yamaha, jammu. Forks are tilted towards right while driving, engine noise at 4000 rpm and side leakage from tyres. Several visits but problem not solved. They straightaway deny my problem. Their RM Mr preetpal talking rudely and saying vehicle is ok so I wil not visit to see it myself. Customer care closes the complain by itself without confirming the status from customer. The other yamaha showroom nearby Royal motors yamaha, jammu is confirming my problem and saying yes it's has the above said problems. JK yamaha and yamaha motors have mentally harassed me a lot and also wasted my time and money. RM has irresponsible behaviour towards customer. Showroom guys are telling lie on my face. Royal motor yamaha guys are acknowledging my problem. If one showroom who sells me the bike is denying and the other is accepting then everyone knows where the problem is. Kindly resolve my issue. I want my bike refund or new bike and a case of mental harassment.

India Yamaha Motor Generator recall

I have an EF2000iSv2. The FUEL TANK has been recalled. The service company I was referred to stated they would no longer do business with Yamaha because they've been waiting on Yamaha to supply ordered parts for the recall. I've called Yamaha with similar results and can't get anybody on the phone that will tell me when or even if parts are available. Frankly that said it'd be next year, it at all. This is horrible service and if these generators are catching fire due to a problem with the fuel tank recall, then Yamaha is one of the worse companies I've run across. I need answers.

I have purchased yamaha fzs blue colour in February 2021. My bike colour is blue but the colour is registered in rc is red. I have complained about it to dealer and yamaha India twitter handle but till now I didn't get any solution. I have call to yamaha toll free number many times everytime they say our concerned team will call you but no one calls. Please help me

I wish to complain about Staff of Yamaha Tanay.
I am complaining because I went there already twice to pay my motorcycle loan. Everytime I went to the store, the staffs having a Lunch. I am a very busy person. I just wanted to pay my Loan and make sure everything will be okay. But I am very very Disappointed The staff in Tanay said please go back when our lunch Time is done. They would also said Please come back to pay later once we are done. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LUNCH TIME FOR THEM IS MORE THAN IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMERS. I can even see that I think 4-5 staff. But no one assisted me. Please educated your staff and have a good customer service. Cashier are not Accomadating. Now.. I NEED TO FIX MY SCHEDULE AGAIN. I VALUE MY TIME SO MUCH. I HOPE TANAY YAMAHA WILL PRIORITIZE THERE CUSTOMER FIRST INSTEAD OF SAYING WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU NOW BECAUSE WE ARE BUSY HAVING LUNCH.. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! IF I WOULD KNOW THAT W WOULD HAVE GET MY MOTORCYCLE IN OUR COMPANY. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This Steve cain we ordered a lot of things at stahlmans motor sports in rolla mo we paid 2100.00 down and have made 2 payments so far and haven't recieved anything they won't answer us text call email nothing summer is coming to an end and we got nothing they said month ago 3 more weeks we'll time is past being up we want our complete order now not next year

i want to file a complaint against YAMAHA TANAY BRANCH for giving me this defect mio i 125s, the button key is not working, the salesman said sorry we dont have battery so for me its ok but when i buy a battery and testing it actually its not working so i am planning if i will report them straight to DTI i will not tolerate this scammer dealer of yamaha branch tanay. now i understand why they didnt test the motorcycle features in front of me not like the other videos i watch on youtube, i hope yamaha will do some action to help me

I see that you have tons of complaints and I am sure mine will be no different nor will it matter. I am not going to waste my time going into details. If someone cares about the poor experience I have had please feel free to reach out to me as all of my contact information is in your system. I will tell anyone who will listen to never do business with your company and I have already filed a complaint with BBB. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a lender.

Desired outcome: To have my payoff that was received a week ago applied to my account so I can receive my title and never have to do business with you again.

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha FJR 1300

I have a safety recall on my 2020 FJR 1300 motorcycle . I was advised not to ride. I ordered the replacement kit on Feb 19, today is April 19, the dealer did not received this part yet. I just spent 17K on a new motorcycle and I am not able to use it. I was told that the part is send by a ship, not FED EX or UPS.! We have a short window of opportunity to ride due the weather. I have been talking to to dealer but they can't do anything about it, I also spoke to the customer care rep not much help, they asking me to wait. I am just very disappointed with Yamaha's approach to this situation.

India Yamaha Motor User manual for yamaha mt25

I has bought a yamaha mt 25 motorcycle on march 2021 from the autorised dealer in shah alam, malaysia..
Since i am a new user, the manual book is a very important for me to avoid of misconducted the bike.
Unfortunately the dealer didnt provided me with the printed user manual book and asking me to download and self printing the manual book (about 95 pages)
hereby, i am very disapointed of the yamaha malaysia policies.. And urges to provided the printed user manual book to all the owner..

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha jet nboat

Made extra payments towards principal, these payments were put towards next payment not principal. I called in to let them know I sent a 10, 000 dollar plus check in to be applied to principal. They messed up my account and a week later I get a call saying my boat was up for repossession. After discussion he saw they screwed up. Multiple phone calls, late fees of 150 and bad credit reporting and problem is still not resolved. I never missed a payment and always paid extra. They are terrible and can only tell me they will submit a request to fix it.

Have the telephone number; call it -- we are 3rd in line for 2 hours...when it comes out time ... I notice online it says the hours are CUT BACK -- used to be open until 5 now it's 1 ... I call on a different line/ phone and the lady says oh yes...sorry; people in the Q have to hang up and call back again... look Yamaha --- First, it makes no sense that you have people working from home who need more help ---for you to "cut back" your hours. NExt; this is the 3rd time we've tried to get help and can't get through...so, I am done...I will simply take this 1 year old sound bar back to Costco and let THEM worry about it...bunch of BS!

India Yamaha Motor Boat engine - serial number 6dax-1042104 model f200xb

I purchased a new Yamaha boat engine ( Model F200XB / Ser. # 6DAX-104204) on a Robalo 21 6/19/2020.
I used the boat and engine for a total of 15 hours.
I launched the boat a few weeks ago and the engine sputtered and died out within a few minutes of outing and began to smoke. I did not hear any audible alarm nor saw any alarm issues on the boat operation console.
I was towed into the dock.
I took boat and engine to a Yamaha dealer at the Kona Coast Marine shop and have dealt with the owner Gary - Ph. [protected] / [protected].
I am told by Gary that the impeller malfunctioned and did not cool engine as a result many parts of the engine melted and burned up much of the engine.
Gary could not find any debris in the impeller nor any external damage that may have caused engine to malfunction.

Desired outcome: Would like to replace the entire 200 Hp engine as soon as possible.

In 25 sept 2020 I finance a motorcycle fzs FI VI the person whos name is saif he work in star yamaha (address:-10, lalbagh opp naza market hazaratganj lucknow 226010 Uttar Pradesh.) He sell me that motorcycle in rupee 1, 25, 088. I pay Down payment 80, 000 thus the left ammount for loan is rupee 45, 088 but he make a loan rupee 47, 000.
So why he approved a loan a rupee 47, 000 instead of rupee 45, 088.
He cheat me. I just want return my rupee 1912..
And please take a action upon Mr. Saif

My last SVTC JYAVP38Y7JA000033 lasted about 900 miles before it started leaking oil. Yamaha after 3 months of me waiting with no transportation exchanged the lemon for another lemon. My new bike is sitting in the shop since Nov. 4th with no end in site. I paid $27, 000 for a bike I can't ride. Yamaha needs to step up and make it right! I have No transportation but just paid registration and insurance on a bike I own but can't ride. Please help me!

India Yamaha Motor The manager tried to beat me and also abused me with very shameful words

I own R15 2.0 version, I recently serviced my bike from Moharir auto, Nashik, Maharashtra. The manager and the associate tried to argue and tried to beat me but as soon as I turn on recording the video they stopped. I can't attach the video recording but I do have that with me, if you don't take further strict action against them then I am going to file police complaint against them along with Yamaha. The insident took place today 7th November 2020, when after leaving my bike well checked with service center man, they called me that the clutch wire got broke due to their rought handling and said that iam responsible for that. Also I tried to buy the engine oil filter from them, even they had enough stock they denied to sell me, they also told that they will not sell it if I am not doing the work from them. Also while leaving the office the manager and the other person tried to hit me when I denied to sign at service form satisfaction. This is very serious issue which you must take look into.

India Yamaha Motor Yamaha authorised spare parts stockist sold very old, used and electroplated suspension inner tube as brand new.

Rx100 front suspension inner tubes bought from Remya Agencies, authorised yamaha stockist, Kollam, Kerala 691001, found, renovated and electroplated inner tubes packed as brand new original spare parts. Due to the oil leakage found on front suspension again, the workshop people dismantled the inner tubes and found all the electro platings has gone.

So they cheated me by knowingly selling the renovated inner tubes.

Dealer name: deepak
service manager: sony +[protected].
Thrice this month.
Every time they are sending me back with silly reasons.
Like no mechanic available.
No spare parts available.
I am losing my faith on your yamaha.
What is this service?
how can you give a dealership to such unethical.
I suggest u to better to stop selling selling yamaha bikes and sell cycles if you are unable to provide service to your own bikes.

I demand an urgent action towards them.

Dear Sir,
After doing a long effort I'll get your mail id.
Sir, I want to inform you that at rishikesh yamaha dealership in concern with dealer he sell the parts above MRP which affect the cream image of your company.
Sir please in your consideration take some action against your dealer as he see the parts above MRP in service vehicle.

the MRP of self motor FZ25 is Rs 5009 but he take Rs 5750 from the customer,
chain set of fz is Rs1420 but he gives Rs1650 bill to customer,
air filter fascino MRP is 149 but he takes 190 from customer,
for brake set he takes Rs381 instead of MRP 281,
and lots more.
I'll also attach the files of his bills which he gives to customer i.e. not a bill but it's tax invoice and he never gives system bill to customer.
Plz take action against the dealer who are making fool of people's behind the name Yamaha.

Not taken any action as everytime gives the yes_yamaha... Mail id which is fake as no message is accept on it and it shows that the messages is only sent by the family(company concerns)members.
