I was really disappointed with Quantum Auto Sales Inc. They sold me a car that had already been in an accident, and they lied about the price. They told me it would cost ***, but it ended up being ***. They also said my down payment would go towards my car payment, but that wasn't true. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this business.

but lies. I am very disappointed with Quantum Auto Sales Inc. and would not recommend them to anyone. The lack of customer service and follow-through is unacceptable.

I bought a truck from Quantum Auto Sales and found an oil leak. I brought it in and they said they fixed it, but it still leaked. I took it to Cadillac and they said the front differential was messed up and it would cost over $7,000 to fix. I talked to Quantum about it 2 days after buying the truck, but they said my warranty was expired. They didn't want to take care of the leak and just did a patch job until the warranty expired. I have text messages that confirm this issue.

Me and my mom went to Quantum Auto Sales on 11/19 and got a 2016 *** Tucson with veros credit as lien holder. We got a car from them before in April and it was okay, so we thought it would be the same this time. But boy, were we wrong! They don't care about good customer service at all. The manager answered the phone and said we already called today, what else can I do now? That's not how you talk to customers, especially returning ones. But my complaint is that they sold me a lemon of a car! Every dashboard warning light is on and it has electrical wiring problems that can cause a fire anytime. I had my mechanic look at it and sent them the invoice, but they haven't responded for a week now. And for the past 3 days, they haven't been answering the phone. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. We need to return this car to Quantum Auto Sales because they financed it out 3 times from February to October and it was returned because of the same electrical problems. Quantum Auto Sales is as shady as veros credit and they have a tight relationship where they do this to customers regularly. It's very sad. This is causing me to lose clients as a mobile detailer because I can't work when my office on wheels is broken and they don't want to make it right. All we want is our $2000 down payment back so we can go to a reliable dealership. Also, they don't know how to remove the temp insurance. We sent our insurance 4 times and still no updates. It made me feel bad for not having my license yet and caused an anxiety attack. Very unprofessional.
