Dear Sir/Madam,
I gave my bike for servicing on 14-10-2026. Before giving the bike for service, everything was completely normal and there was no engine oil leakage or any related issue.
However, after the service, when I received the bike back, I noticed an engine oil leakage issue. I immediately brought this matter to the attention of your employees, but unfortunately, I am not receiving a proper response or support.
I was even advised to approach a third-party workshop and resolve the issue myself. This is not acceptable. The bike was given to your service centre in proper condition, and the issue has occurred only after the service. Therefore, it is your responsibility to inspect and resolve the issue.
I am planning to travel to my hometown today, and due to this oil leakage, I am concerned about the safety of riding the bike for a long distance. I cannot take the risk of riding the bike when there is an engine oil leakage.
Therefore, I request you to inspect the bike immediately, identify the exact cause of the leakage, and rectify the issue at your service centre without any additional charges.
If the issue is not addressed properly, I will escalate this matter to the Service Centre Management / Customer Care / Higher Authority and raise it as a formal complaint regarding the service quality and improper handling of the issue.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide a proper resolution.
Regards,
Bhoopathi

Do not ride it to your hometown with an oil leak, that is a safety risk and they will blame you for it. Get the bike inspected in writing before you leave. Ask the service centre manager for the job card and a written statement of the leak and its cause. If they refuse to fix it free, call Yamaha India customer care the same day and open a formal complaint with your registration number, service date, and the adviser’s name. Tell them the centre told you to go to a third party after their own service caused the leak. Keep photos and every message, and file with the consumer forum if they still stall.
