I bought my truck from Certified Autobrokers Inc. for $30k in May . The first week I had it, they had to replace the tail light and backup camera. When I got it back, I was surprised to find that the trailer harness wiring and tow hooks had been removed. They were reluctant to give me an answer over the phone and told me to bring it in to fix it. When I did, they said the wiring was tangled and had to remove both. They still haven't given me my tow hooks. Over the next few months, the windows stopped working, the radio and Bluetooth stopped working, and the engine made noises. My exhaust even broke in half while driving. I made an appointment to get it fixed, but they said nothing was covered by the warranty and they wouldn't fix anything. After talking to the owner, they said they would fix it, but it's been a week with no response. It's not easy for me to get there, and I have a busy schedule.

I got a car from Certified Autobrokers Inc. about 7 months ago. It only had a bit over 1000 miles on it when I got it. Lately, the oil light keeps coming on. I thought you only had to change the oil every 2000 miles, so I went to *** to get some. The long story is that I couldn't get any. I'm not sure if they took out any oil or if Certified Autobrokers didn't put enough oil in before they sold me the car. Now my engine is seized up and I still owe more than $15,000 on the car that I can't even use.

I got a car from certified autobrokers and they said I was good for financing at ***. I took the car home but then they called me a few days later saying the loan didn't go through and I had to find my own financing. I did that but when I got my title, both lenders were on there and certified autobrokers won't help me or answer my calls. It's still a problem and I still don't have a right title for my car from certified autobrokers.

I bought a car from Certified Autobrokers. They showed me a video and talked to me about the car's paint and dents. They said they would deliver it on a flatbed, but it was driven to me in MA from NY by someone they hired. When I got the car, I saw some problems that they didn't tell me about. There were two dents in the back bumper that were covered with the car's paint color. The roof of the car was scratched down to the metal. The front bumper had chipped paint and scratches that they said they could buff out, but they didn't and can't. I told the salesman, and he said sorry and asked me to send pictures. I did, and he asked me to get an estimate from my shop. I did and sent it to them. They didn't like the estimate and tried to get me to go to a body shop they found on Facebook that they never went to. They said the owners would call me, but they haven't.
