Sub.: We did not receive the above important documents.
Dear Sir,
We have sent you a letter dated 19th June 2023 through messenger for personal delivery and requested to investigate the matter and arrange to deliver the documents at our address. But you refused to receive our letter and asked us to attach the speed post receipt from the sender where it originated.
We have approached the aforesaid company who sent us photostat copy of the Speed post receipt with stamp and date 17-02-23 which was attached with our second request letter, the same is being attached herewith this letter for your kind perusal but you again refused to receive our letter and asked us to attach original speed post receipt.
We have approached the aforesaid company again, letting them know what you have said and requesting them to send the original receipt. In response company send following reply on date 29th of Aug.2023 which read as under:
“Dear Investor,
Original postal receipt can not be shared with anyone.Same is for our records. Copy has already been shared with you. Further, 2nd copy of said speed post receipt will be available with the post authorities also. Kindly ask your local post office to refer to the same.

We therefore request you again to investigate the matter thoroughly, deliberately and deliver our. important documents at your earliest without fail. The certified copy of Speed post receipt sent by the company is enough proof to take concrete action at your part. If you fail to deliver our documents which includes 37 Cosmofirst -Shares certificates worth 37x1070= Rs.39590/- to us you will be solely responsible for all our loss and the consequences ahead.
The copy of this letter is being sent to the aforesaid company at Mumbai, Regional Post office Speed Post, Bareilly and Head Post office, New Delhi for their necessary action in the matter.
We look forward to your cooperation, prompt action, reply and delivery of our important documents at your earliest.
