I'm writing regarding the price of your rolling papers. At woolworths they're charging $8.50 for your product whilst Ventti papers are only $4.50 per 5pack.

I've been purchasing your papers for over forty years. Why are you charging so much? I insist on a reply please. I will not stop enquiring until I get a satisfactory response. It's PAPER! A very tiny amount of paper! Ventti is my new choice of paper. I'm very disappointed in you.

Desired outcome: Lower the price.
