Placed an order online and had a 10 credit from a previous order they had mess up but was told I could place over the phone which was not true. I tried to call several times and no answer so placed order online and proceeded to pick up order and would try to use credit once instore. when I got in store, I was given someone else's food and told i would have to use credit when a manager was there because they did not know how to apply it. the workers were trying to tell me to comeback as if I had nothing to do like wasting gas money and would eat ihop anytime. very unprofessional. also, online order was never sent to store. canceled without notification after was given a 7 am pick up time
