IHOP review: Documented procedures to use pan coins for a meal.

I use IHOP on an average of 4 times per month. I have requested to use my earned pan coins for a meal, but the site manager and his staff do not know how to give myself pan coin credits. I have your website downloaded and my earned pan coin credits are available. Can you provide step by step process to download these credits at your locations? Plus provide this service to your locations so they can issue credits to the customer? I have had this same issue at locations in Mississippi and here in Georgia. Thanks for your response to this request.

Desired outcome: Would like current issue to redeem pan coins resolved.
