IHOP the manager

I asked a server to call her but she never came. I had to wait 20 minutes until I had to tell a second server to call her, and she came and she was in her phone. I don't know why she took so long, if she's just talking to the coworkers and sitting in her office. She ir very rude. She didn't speak to me with a right attitude. She didn't even give me importance.

IHOP service, wait staff

Went to ihop in Beaumont Texas eastex freeway service was horrible it wasn't the food the workers it was one waitress her name tag said Candace she was very rude seems to me she was on some kinds drug she had a bad attitude was to busy on her phone while customers was waiting to be seated she also was rude to other customers that came in the door at one point I wanted to I walk out but I gave her the benefit of a doubt she was also texting on phone if this the kind of people y'all hire I will not go back I love IHOP it's always me and my coworkers first choice the service of food is delicious

IHOP nasty food being served.

I observed food products delivered that were not up to standard. Seels to be that the cooks are not taking that extra step to prepare food In a proper manner.
I also observed on more than one occasion, where there are several or all kitchen staff on duty, without proper safety hand gloves, touching several different food products, further without implementing proper hand washing techniques.

To whom it may concern, IHOP store number #183, is being used as a sexist, racist diner. A manager on duty named Felicia, seems to have little regard for the way she talks too and treats her cook on duty.

My former assistant manager Felicia at IHOP store #183, was on my case from the time she walked through the door her first shift at #183. I was made to fulfill extra work duties outside the scope of my original hiring requirements. If I ever was to state for any reason I wasn't able to fulfill extra work duties, i was made to clock out and go home for the day. I observed many of my co workers fulfill less and less of their job duties for the day, and more of their duties were placed upon me. This type of discriminatory behavior went on for about 6 months before I was terminated early into February 2018. This is a clear cut case of workplace discrimination and a lawsuit is in the process of being filed against the IHOP corporation, store #183 and ms. Felicia.

IHOP ihop service manager ms. rashash

There was no host to greet my

group, and when someone did come to assist us with our group we was told fifteen minutes wait, which out to be any, the working continue to walk by us waitin with no assistance, ask on different occasions when will we be seated there were maybe six tables with people there, so the Ihop was not crowded and on the other side of the room no one was seated, it was empty. .the service at the Ihop is one of the worst i have every experience, the attitude was uninterest in what her workers was doing and made no effort to made the situation any better.

IHOP complaining about the manager ms. andrea in the ihop on 8101 w brown deer road

Ms andrea starts off as a nice lady until she is not in a good mood. Her mood swings effect how she treats people. She yells and screams & at employees right in front of customers which I find disrespectful and rude. Even if she yells in the back where the kitchen is you can clearly hear her cursing them out with no respect. I hear her talking bad about employees to other employees which is not right at all, she also talks down on servers just because she served so long she talks as if she's better then everyone else, and just because shes a manager and has higher power then employees she think she can talk to people however. She sends employees home after talking to them rudely and cutting their hours down when pay is already low which is no fair especially for servers. She has a bad attitude problem and treat certain employees better then others. She never helps when things get hectic she makes things worse and stress people out more. She yells more at employees then she helps. I don't think this lady is professional or fit for a well fit manager. She has to be stopped her attitude is so bad employees quit all the time nobody has to deal with that... Especially with a low pay... I wanted to complain so many times. But today I have had enough... Hopefully something will change. Thanks

IHOP overall service was horrible

Hello, my name is Jessie Flowers I recently visited the Ihop in Kokomo, Indiana. We walked into the restaurant at 9:05 pm only to wait about 3 minutes to be greeted and sat. While walking to our table we passed several tables that were empty and had not been bussed with piles of trash all over the floor (there were only two guests in the restaurant when we arrived). These tables stayed dirty our entire visit and the server actually sat us between 2 dirty tables. If that wasn't bad enough we placed our order (see reciept) only to wait 25 minuets for our food to be prepared incorrectly. During this 25 minuet wait the server did not come to the table to refill drinks or give us an update on our order (by this time there were 2 additional tables inside the restaurant). We ordered an omelet which comes with avocado, well instead of notifying us that they were out of avocado the server dropped it off at the table and failed to mention they were out until we asked about it. We also asked for smoked sausage instead of pork sausage links which were not on the plate and took an additional 6 minutes to come out after asking for them. Once I food was delivered we were given the check approximately 2 minuets later (without asking) and never checked on us again. During our stay we only saw 2 servers and 2 employees we assumed were cooks, we did not see anyone who appeared be a member of management. Attached is the check with the store number along with a few photos of the dirty tables we were sitting between.

IHOP denial of a gift card

My father is 85 years old and a widow. Christmas we usually give him gift cards to restaurants of his liking and yours happen to be one. Multiple times after christmas he went to ihop to eat and went to use his gift card and was denied. Finally I called up there to see what their problem was and was told something about systems were down and should be fixed in the near future. Now this happened twice for him. Now just recently he came by my home to report he went to the ihop for breakfast and they refused to use the balance of his gift card. Manager or head person of that shift spoke with broken english and proceeded to tell my dad this gift card could not be used at this ihop. I thought all ihop gift cards could be used anywhere in us? He was rude and wouldn't even try to assist him just kept demanding payment which he got. This is highly uncalled for - my dad is 85 years old and still tries very hard to be independent and is a retired veteran which he is proud of and very well should be. He wears his cap everywhere for recognition. He was highly frustrated over this situation and I think was totally uncalled for. I want someone to follow up on this staff in lake charles, la. So no one else has to experience such. I was very disappointed because he will not be going back and it is the only ihop in lake charles, la. But lucky for us denny's has just opened here and I will encourage him to go there and hopefully get better service and respect.

IHOP waiter not fulfilling service as paid for

I ordered all you can eat pancakes and only received two pancakes by the waiter during my entire seating for an hour and a half. 20 minutes prior to me asking for a to go box, I requested additional pancakes which were not given until I seemed ready to go due to poor service. The waiter never checked on my table, gave food to other tables seated after my table and didn't take responsibility for being negligent of what our table needed. I feel like I came to IHOP to celebrate me passing a state test with my fiancée but can't enjoy it fully because I am now at home and I did not receive the full all you can eat feeling of your pancakes. I feel cheated and would never wish this on anyone.

IHOP Waiter

My wife works at the Huntsville Texas location.She is being aggressively sexually harassed by a Black waiter, Michael Calloway.It got so bad that I had to go down there with her to file a complaint, , and found out that it was one of many.This man is a sexual predator and should not be allowed to work anywhere there is women.People should feel safe at ihop wether they work there or go there to eat.

IHOP the food, the service, the whole miserable restaurant

Yesterday, february 5th, a friend and I decided to have dinner at the I Hop in Deming, NM. This was my third time eating there. The first one was country fried steak, which was still cold inside, the mashed potatoes were cold, the broccoli was not fully cooked, and when I complained to the waitress, she just smiled and took my money. The second was the fabulous crepes that WAS a specialty of all the I Hops where had previously dined. They were terrible with hardly any filling and just slopped onto a plate, very unappetizing! But I love their pancakes, and nobody can mess up pancakes, right? Well, that was definitely my last time for this restaurant. The pancakes were cold, and one tiny dab of butter. The syrup bottles were dried and plugged up. We were given one little sausage patty, cut in half to appear as more. My friend got bacon and it was half cooked and lots of grease, and we got one cup of coffee with no refill. Our waiter, who was rude and uncaring, disappeared until time to hand us the check. Lousy service and lousy food! Now I know why this I Hop is never busy like others I had visited. It will definitely go under! Almost $20 for our bill and neither of us ate half of it because it was not fit to eat. I intend to call and voice my complaint after writing this, but I had to warn others not to bother going to Deming, NM's I Hop. Denny's is only a block away, so go there for great food and fantastic service. This place does not deserve to have the name of I hop!

IHOP I am invisible

Saw in the front and had to call attention to myself to be seated.
I didn't wait long.
I am exhausted . The coffee is weak as a newborn kitten and after I gulped it and asked for another cup I became invisible again. The shift manager got me coffee.
I tried to log into the free wifi. It kept dropping out. I called the restaurant phone because I am still invisable.
I asked if there was a password for me to log in and the waitress came back.. not my server but the one that answered my call and told me that the WiFi is free. I explained to the server that the unlocked WiFi was dropping out. She said that she would check and when I waited and saw that I had once again become invisable, I repeated to her( not my server) the previous request. She responded with the statement that it worked for everyone else this morning.
That was the first expected response.
My server stated that the WiFi had been unstable all week.
That was the expected second response.
There are two free access WiFi available, one for the restaurant( which dropped out), and be for the office. The office requires a password.
Incomplete datum given to me because it is an annoyance to solve a small problem.
If the restaurant allows free WiFi then make the availability easy.
Brew some balls in your coffee. It is low on caffeine.
I am a control electrician for a major contractor here in Asheville.
If your patches are giving you instability and crosstalk then it's slow and will cancel itself out from a nicked wire.
My advice. Don't hire a local electrician to do the work. Most of them are dumber than a door knob and putting up lights is child's play.

IHOP overcharged

My name is Kristen Rhodes and I was overcharged at one of your restaurants in Texas off of Nasa Boulevard and when I called to see if the manager could correct it he was very rude and hung up on me if you can please give me a call at [protected] cuz I know I did not spend $40 at IHOP getting a 2 by 2 by 2 and another two by two by two and a sweet tea I just want it corrected and they didn't even give me a receipt at least I'm being honest with what I've got the other manager thought I was pulling went over his head but as you can see I'm telling you what I purchased and this happened a few days ago

IHOP steak tip meal

At 9:15am on Sunday February 4, 2018 I called and placed a Togo order at IHOP in Jefferson City, Mo... I had specific instructions of no mushrooms I have a allergy to them. The lady then read my order back and repeated no mushrooms, as I stated yes that correct. I get there and looked my food over it looked exactly how I wanted. When I go home I was eating my meal and all of a sudden I started itching I gave rest of food to my grandma. I started itching heavenly, about that time my grandma hollered my name and yelled benadryl now and your pen. When I hit myself with my pen my grandma showed me they put the mushrooms under the tips and we couldn't see them when eating till she got to bottom.

So after I had a allergic reaction to my food they replaced my order and it came back with mushrooms again... I called and informed them that my new oder had mushrooms after been fixed. So I can't take a nother pen nor benadryl so hospital it looks like if my swelling don't go down

IHOP food product

Ate breakfast at ihop express at exit 4 in Virginia on interstate 95 Friday February 2 2018 at approx 9:30 am. Can not find my receipt, think it was under $25.00. Wife ordered the 2×2×2 with unsweet tea, scrambled eggs with cheese, crispy bacon, pancakes, her order was perfect. I ordered the omlett with bacon and ham added to it and hashbrowns and diet mt.dew. I have eaten at ihop many many years and the omlett has always filled me up. Cant not tell you how small this thing was for almost $10.00. So small I asked the wife where were we going to lunch because this did nothing for me. It was the first time we have eaten at a express and if this is the normal it will be the last. We live appox 40 miles from this location and wanted something different. Cracker barrel is only 23 miles away. I understand what express means, had to go to counter to order, had to get our on drinks and condiments. But feeling short changed on food when I order it from another IHop and have plenty, very disappointed.

IHOP customer service/ employee that answered the phone

On 2/3/18 I ordered three meals offline and called in for a Togo order at 423pm and spoke with Larissa a young black woman, I asked her to verify my order after I told it to her, and she replied " Let me get a menu to make sure I have everything right". She read back my order as Inasked and told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 450p at the Taylor station I hop in reynoldsburg Ohio and asked for me Togo order for smith. Larissa then said, "I tried to call you and let you know that we didn't have these certain meals available here". (no one tried to call me at any time to alert me that what I had ordered was not available and it's strange because Larissa read back my order on the phone after she went and got a menu to verify what I had ordered. Why didn't she tell me at this time that the meals that I wanted to order weren't available!? I then considered reordering considering that two out of the three main meals I had ordered weren't even prepared and I drove all the way to the IHOP to pick up food that wasn't even being made there that Larissa said previously on the phone that it was on the menu she retrieved to verify my order. I then walked out and called this IHOP and asked for the general manager. 453p, jake the general manager picked up the phone and I explained to him that Larissa took my order and even verified she went over the menu on the phone while I was ordering and at no time did she tell me that none of the meals I ordered weren't on the menu. She read back my order after she looked At the menu (Supposedly). Jake replied "Well she's new" and at the time I was very upset and displeased with his response, so I got off the phone. At 505pm jake called back and left a message on my cell phone advising me that he was sorry and that he wanted to make it up to me and that He would reimburse me with free food or a gift for next time I'd visit. I declined this, because at this time, I was not going to give out any of my personal information to anyone I don't know, especially with the service I had already recieved. He gave me his boss number, [protected], but Again I didn't want my number or personal Info given to anyone from this IHOP store. I believe that Larissa did not review a menu while she took my order, or my order would have been correct and ready when I was told to come pick it up. At no time did Larissa say "I'm sorry", she was very rude on the phone and She lied to me and I covenieved my time along with my grandparents who I was coming to get the food for. Her customer service skills are horrible and she has no work ethics. I will let people in the community know of this mishappening.
I ordered three dinner meals- a monster cheeseburger with bacon and cheese with onion rings, a lemon chicken meals with a ceaser side salad, which wasn't even prepared when I arrived, but I was told was available when I ordered it and a pot roast meals with mashed potatoes, corn and a side salad with ranch dressing, which again was not prepared when I arrived, but I was told was available when I ordered it.
This entire situation was very inconvenient and unnecessary. Jake tried to make things right, but I was not willing to have food made there due to the chance of getting my food spit in, or giving out my personal information to anyon that worked at this IHOP. I hope that someone considers this complaint serious. When a customer comes to pick up their food and it's not prepared or the customers told their meal that they ordered isn't even on the menu, this is a serious problem. I will never come this IHOP again, and I will make sure people I know are aware of the situation. Store #3337 2413 Taylor square drive reynoldsburg Ohio 43068

IHOP waiter

Me and some friends went to an IHOP that is across from our school, UNT, in Denton, TX. Our server first came and welcomed us and gave us the heads up that she was trainer these two new employees. The trainees were extremely nice, and I have not bit of a complain. But our main server on the other side made us feel like we weren't going to pay for our food and was very rude to my friend even to the point where she pointed him out as being retarded. All she did was welcome us and gave us the check when we first got our food. She couldn't even wait for us to finish and then she is going to have the audacity to ask for tips and say "you give money when is deserved" her name is Alyssia.

Wow. The fact that your friend used the word retarded shows what horrible people you are. I'm sure your complaint is a bunch of crap, but even if it's not, you deserve crappy service for being crappy people. Also, judging by your compliant, you need to spend less time in restaurants and more time studying basic English skills.

IHOP favoritism

Hello my name is Maurice Davis I was recently an employee for IHOP in Stockbridge Georgia. I want to address the fact that I was never respected and treated unfairly do to favoritism. I was let go from my job just for being homeless for one month. I came on as a cook in which I am well qualified to be but the people of my boss' race(Mexican) get the higher paying jobs even if they don't know English they all are family. The bosses wife (Christie) works there as well and gets away with everything, she just spilled burning coffee on a baby and was not sent home or anything, anybody else would have. Can't send your wife home I guess. Also after many attempts to get my last name changed to the right name (david to Davis)he refused to change it which made it real hard for me to cash my checks he let me go very unprofessional infront of his wife and it was very rude. There's is definitely something going on at this establishment with the names and people in different position to make it look good on paper and needs to be addressed

IHOP poor service all the way around

My husband only goes to iHop because I like it. He thinks it is very priced (mainly the coffee at $2.75/person), but today was the last straw at the Little Rock store of Financial parkway. The hostess could not even read. when she called people for their seat, she literally had to spell out the names! Then we were seated and ordered coffee. Coffee came, but no eating utensils. We waited 5 minutes to get our silver wear. THEN, when they finally came to get our order, we thought she wrote it down, but when we received our food, my husband had ordered sausage and they brought bacon. So before they brought the sausage, she came to the table with a napkin and told him to discard the bacon onto the napkin. Then he was rudely delivered his sausage. Meanwhile, the couple in the booth behind us as the same problem with the wrong or not cooked as asked, food. Again, more food was discarded. It is no wonder the prices are so high with the inadequate wait staff and the astronomical WASTE. Needless to say, iHop will no longer be our go-to-place for brunch!, or any other meal for that matter.

IHOP poor service

We visited the Ihop on 2430 173rd St, Lansing, IL 60438 on Jan. 31st, at 10:15am.We were seated(third booth from the north, near the window), but a waiter never came to take our order. After 20 minutes we decided to ask the maitre d for the manager, who also did not show up. After an additional 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we decided to leave.

IHOP poor service from management

I called in an order at 11:00pm for the breakfast sampler, with pecan pancakes topped with bananas. I arrived within 15 minutes, there was a lady mopping while I stood by a counter waiting for my order. The lady mopping waited 5 minutes before yelling across the restaurant for the server. The server leaked out from the kitchen asking if I was her phone I order, which I replied yes. I wait another 10 minutes and get my order. I paid via debit card $10.68, while the server swiped my card I checked my order. I saw the bananas had been cooked inside the pancakes, so I asked the server if they could be remade, she replied yes and to informed the cook the order had been entered wrong and the customer wants the pancakes remade and topped with bananas. The cook repeats request then gives me a very dirty look that made me feel uncomfortable. I then became unfortable and asked for a refund. The server then told me "I don't know how to do that." I asked again because I didn't trust the cook to remake my order. She then walked to the kitchen with the cook and they both began to complain at my request for a refund. After about 5 minutes of the cook pressing buttons on a register, the server hands me a receipt for 9.98. I tell her that isn't the amount I paid and wanted the full payment refunded, she told me the only way to give me anything was to ring out the price of the order. I didn't understand why I couldn't be refunded the full amount I asked for a manager, she nastily replied she was the mananger why do I think she's the only one out of uniform. I then explained anytime I've ever received a refund my receipt reflected the amount I paid. She asked me was .70 that big of a deal. I told her I simply want what I paid, she then became argumentative saying I could call my bank to get the full amount because the receipt for the lesser amount all she could provide. My husband asked her as a manager when a customer explains how getting a receipt for less than the amount paid the least she could do is just give the additional.70. The manager then said she would not have her drawer short at all, because if the drawer amount is less than $200 she could be in trouble. I then asked her for her name as well the store managers name. She refused to give either, so I asked the lady who was mopping when I first entered if she could provide me with the store managers name which she replied she didn't know. The manager then called her boyfriend into the restaurant from the parking lot to give her customer .70. A man walked in and informed her he only had .16, so she stormed off and came back with $11 which she tossed on the counter. I asked her once more if she could write the name of the store manager on my receipt, she then takes my receipt and a blue marker and looks at me with a smirk and asks, "do you really think I'm going to give you my managers name?" Then walks away. I informed her that I would sit in the waiting area until another manager came in. She then calls the police on speaker to report an upset customer does not want to leave, the 911 operator asks if she felt threatened or if the customer had done anything, which she replied "no she didn't, I'm ok" and disconnected the call. I sat on the bench in the waiting area for 20 minutes when the manager then gave my husband a slip of paper with the name Raquel written on it. I asked for a last name which she ignored and walked to the counter across from where I sat, and began holding inappropriate conversations with her boyfriend. I have never experienced this type of treatment from any establishment. I will never visit another IHOP in my life due to the disrespect and unprofessional I received tonight. Upon looking at my receipt the name of the server/manager is Teniya W.
