I was charged over $1000 for a 30-minute single treatment to my love handles (obliques). During the month that followed, I exercised and dieted and saw no results. when complaining to the administering location, I was told that because I did not purchase 2 sessions I may not see results, and for that reason, I would not be given a refund. Before and after pictures confirmed my claim but their representative did not agree.

Ideal Image Services not rendered but billed for.

Free consultation? My experience with that phrase was more like a bate and switch. How can you say please sign these forms to discuss options as a formality, but the same form binds me to a contract? This is shady business. Now I'm being offered to buy a product in order to make a large amount disappear. That's extortion. Wow!

Ideal Image Cancellation issue

I have been asking for a week now to have my contracts cancelled and my deposits/payments refunded due to a family emergency that just came up. Every time I call I just keep being told that its in a different department and that those people work remotely. I have a loan with ALLY that I need cancelled as well as a loan to Ideal Image that I need cancelled and refunded. After reviewing the BBB page and complaints I am very concerned that they won't cancel my contract or refund me.

Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal

Had I known how I would feel 2 or 3 months after starting ideal image laser hair removal... I would have never even agreed to a consultation. I agreed to service 10 areas at 6550.00 for laser hair removal. I was assured at my zoom video consult that I was the "Ideal Client" and that my target areas were most definitely treatable. Upon reading others experience with Ideal Image, I can now see this is a token response of theirs. Based on that consultation I signed the contract. I understood that I was getting a 'package price' because I wanted so many areas done but I was assured I would get the results I wanted. "I did it and so did my daughter and it was amazing!" my consultant expressed to me. We bonded over having hispanic heritage and being naturally very hairy. I was sold on the dream of getting rid of all my dark hair on my back and stomach and legs and arms. At one point I expressed to her how I had been saving up money since I was 12 years to get the procedure done. She had me raise my shirt and look at my back and stomach and she said "Oh yes... that can treated." After my first appointment I went in to see the nurse who told me very kindly: "I want to be honest with you, your stomach, back, and upper arms are not treatable because they aren't coarse." My heart sank. I wanted to cry. I told her that the consultant told me as long as it was dark it was treatable. "That's not the case" she said. She took pictures and noted the areas that are not treatable. I came home feeling sad and lied to. I reached out to my consultant and she told me she wanted a second opinion. "I have a nurse here that says they are treatable." I had little glimpse of hope again. She told me to wait until my next appointment so another nurse can have a second look. I trusted her and figured there wouldn't be any harm in waiting for a second opinion. In retrospect I feel now the consultant was delaying the inevitable and trying to make it harder for me to get credited back for the areas that cannot be treated. On my following appointment, another nurse once again said the same thing: "[target areas], it isn't treatable." I was upset and wondered why i even waited for the next appointment to get told the same thing again. I reached out to my consultant and was told she was sorry and would adjust my account. I was at least grateful that the monthly payments would be less. She sent my a new agreement and asked me to sign it. I was confused and when I opened the docuSign I was livid. To go from 10 areas to now 4 areas the price dropped down from $6, 555.00 to $5, 898.52. The credit was going to be less than $700 for now treating less than half of my target areas. I wanted to throw up. I cried for about an hr before collecting myself and contacting the consultant again. I felt stupid for trusting them, for trusting her. I didn't even know how to express the issue to her and put my thoughts into words. I explained that per the quote she sent me the areas were $650.00 per area. The total should come out to 2, 622.00 not 5, 898.52. She told me the price for area was a promotional rate but now I needed less areas so a new agreement would need to be made, this agreement being only roughly 700.00 less than the previous. I said that I agreed to sign the contract based on all those areas getting treated. Had I known that I could only get 4 areas done and that for only 4 areas the price would be 5, 898.52 I would have not agreed to it. She never mentioned the possibility of not being able to treat my areas. She made me believe that as long as it was dark it would work. That would have been too much to only solve less than half of my target issues. I would have never signed. I would have given up on laser hair treatment. It wouldn't have been worth it to me. She told me she would work on a better price with a manager. I feel preyed upon. I feel taken advantage of. I should have known better. I feel they are trying to bully me to agree to pay more money than I would have had i known all the facts. I feel sick and am having at the moment a panic attack. I was saving this money up for want I wanted and I won't be getting what I want but will essentially still be forced to pay roughly the same amount of money. This is not what I wanted. I feel like a hostage because they can just force me to pay this money or ruin my credit.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the untreatable areas and pay 2,622.00 OR I would like to just pay for the treatments I have received which is 1sessionx4areas

Ideal Image Laser hair removal

I'm Male, 38 yrs. with white skin and black hair. had full sessions for back and shoulder hair removal couple years ago but didn't work AT ALL. Contacted them and they took photos and said somebody from the "Head Office " will contact you. Of course didn't happen. We did follow up few times but no response whatsoever! Media had to stop advertising this big lie

Ideal Image Canceled appointment - turned away because of allergy

Provided allergy list. Was turned away after paid for package and confirmed appointment.

Confirmed my daughters appointment that was to happen for days later. Came 1 1/2 hour drive four days later and they had deleted her off the books after I had confirmed appointment. Said that their system automatically deletes appointments if they had not been paid for. (It was financed and paid in full).

Two days of driving 3 hours total and no service.

Won't work her in, won't give me management telephone number .

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

I had a zoom consultation for coolsculpting of the abdomen. I felt rushed into a decision and wanted to cancel the 8 sessions. My doctor was concerned it was not for me. Kelly, the manager at Ideal Image St. Augustine told me to try it after voicing my concerns. She was absolutely convinced it would ne great and work for me. I said I can give it a try. My first session was over 8 weeks ago and there is NO difference visible. When I went for my first session, the machine went off and I was told I need to come back for part of my treatment. I went back and was treated mid-May. I did not think the wand sucked in enough fat. A month later, I can't tell anything. In fact, I noticed this week that it looks like I have a big circular area where treatment was given. It is very obvious to me. I am scheduled for one more treatment in July. I saw a plastic and general surgeon recently. She told me it is not looking like anything worked for me and so we decided lipo was better for me. I am uncomfortable calling Kelly, the manager, back as she raised her voice at me last time and I felt like I was being talked down to. I told her that after spending $4000, she should be more accommodating when being asked questions. I want my money refunded as this was all hurried when I had my zoom consult and she talked me into trying it before I was able to think about it. She talked very fast and was hard to follow. I am very unhappy about the treatments I received, as it is not working. After over two months from my first treatment, I should see something. Instead I see the area and it looks swollen. How can I get help to remedy this issue?

In proofing my comment, it has been 5 weeks, not 8 weeks. It was 8 cycles that I was talked into purchasing. I had to reschedule twice due to errors in temperature per the NP. I have reached out via email to Ideal Image in St. Augustine to see if we can remedy this. Hopefully, I will get a response.

On May 27th, 2021, I had a zoom meeting with a Andrea Rector-Barendt, who I believe lived in Arizona, she told me about cool sculpting and I showed her the areas I was interested in on the computer. I wish I was told clearly before I paid, you don't receive your money back; no refund. They never told me it would be hard to get an appointment and there was a three month wait. Also, you have to use it in 9 months. I called right afterwards, and got right thru on the phone. It was going to be close to three months before I could be seen. A day later, I thought this doesn't seem right. I paid over $10, 000.00 to wait for three months! It caused be anxiety and I feel like my money is being stolen. I called to cancel appointments; they canceled right away and told me there are no refunds. I was on hold for 25 minutes, before I spoke with a Breanna and she told me no refunds. I asked why I was not told this by the zoom person. She said it is stated on page one in the contract and asked if I wanted her to send me the page proving it. I again told her it was wrong not to verbally tell people this. I told her I had to wait close to 3 months before I would get into my first appointment. Then, I told her I was on hold for 25 minutes and felt like was like a time share scam. It's funny I got right thru to make an appointment, but had to wait 25 minutes to complain. She told me they were working on getting more availability. She said they only have 10 to 11 people with high call volumes and they do their best. She said "I wish I had a better answer for you." She then said I hear you are writing things down so I am transferring you to a recorded line. I didn't hear anything afterwards, so hung up. If this service is of quality, they need to let people know to be sure, because this is not refundable and you will have to wait 3 months.

Of COURSE they don’t tell you there is no refund otherwise most people wouldn’t do it. I know if I had read all the horrible business practices of this company beforehand I would never have done business with them.

Ideal Image Coolsculpting

I paid for a $6000 procedure at the Atlanta Buckhead GA Ideal image and now all the sales contacts and location itself won't reply to any emails or voice-mail to address my post op concerns. I was supposed to be checked at 3 and 6 months post op and have emails proving me trying to get scheduled and no one will schedule me. The procedure didn't work and if they saw me like they are suppose to pics would prove it. Plus you don't abandon a patient after care. I want my treatment redone by another location or my money refunded ASAP. This is horrible customer/patient service. They also promise lifetime guarantee but only if you have your post ops so they are being shady by not scheduling mine so they don't have to honor they're guarantee which is plastered all over their ads everywhere. Katherine Jayne was my sales agent who won't return my emails or calls and neither will location. I even emailed the VP of sales with no response. People need to know this and I need this resolved.

I was denied service due to a health concern. However this was after I was forth coming on the health screening and the company still took payment for services and membership. The nurse assured me that I will receive a full refund, however I have yet to be contacted. I have attempted to get this resolved through customer service, local site and also corporate. Ideal Image Contract

Services not rendered per Signed Contract.
On September 25, 2020 I signed a contract for 4 Sessions of CoolSculpting and 75 Units of Botox. I had my first session of CoolSculpting on October 19, 2020. The tech set me up for my treatment, using 2 paddles. The session went well. I was given my after care instructions and a waist compression garment. I was then directed to make an appointment for my next session in 90 days. I made that appointment for January 18, 2021. I came to the appointment for my treatment. The tech told me to undress so that she could take pictures and then told me to get dress that she would discuss the pictures with me. There would be NO TREATMENT, she informed me that I used all of my treatments at my first appointment because the tech used large paddles on me. I was angry...I was not told about this at that appointment nor was I told about that when I signed the contract for my 4 session. This to me is a classic Bait and Switch. I have been in touch with the manager, but she has not responded to my request for my contract to be cancelled and the amount that I still owe to Ally Bank be Zero. I do not want a refund for any money that I have already paid.

Ideal Image One Cool sculpting machine was faulty, body is uneven. Ideal image refuses to treat side that did not work.

I had cool sculpting done to my back. The day of my appointment the lady that did it was not sure how to do it so she called in another employee for help. The lady that came in to help was only there for a few minutes and not in the entire procedure. They had one machine on each side. After months went by I noticed only my left side was treated and the right side was exactly the same. I came back for a follow up so they can fix the uneven side. They took quick pictures and decided that it was not uneven. However the pictures they took before the procedure were very specific, there were markings on the floor showing were to stand for the picture. On the follow up pictures this same process was not followed, I just posed in a random area of the room. When I slightly turn to one side or the other my unevenness is clear but they made their judgement off of pictures that they took at the angles they decided to. If the lady doing my procedure needed help on simple things I doubt she would of detected one of the machines being faulty. I believe the machine on my right side was faulty and now Ideal Image does not want to stand behind the results.

This document indicates there are five pages, however I only see one page. This document is a new contract stating that I will pay an additional $6500. However, I was told that due to covid-19, I had to sign a new contract to make an appointment, however I would not have to pay. Can you please share with me where it says you will not take out another loan in my name through Ally Lending? Also, that I will not have to pay another $6500? I have not rendered this service yet I'm paying for it along with interest so I'm very hesitant to sign anything. Can I please set up a appointment to discuss situation and experience with someone at the local office here in Madison? I have had a less than positive experience with Ideal Image over the past year, and I would rather just be reimbursed for what I have paid.
