Hand wrote a letter sent by mail to the (1 N Maybry Hwy address in Tampa) you give online to reach by mail because it's impossible to reach a human to cancel my membership with your 1-800-BE-IDEAL #. I do not feel comfortable doing business with Ideal's 3rd party membership company. I want to cancel today and have proof of cancellation in writing so I will not be charged a membership fee in January 2022. This information should have been explained clearly before signing a contract.
